A family member gave me one of these controllers as a gift. I needed to exchange, the service at backbone made it clear how to process my return/exchange and updated me every step of the way from when they received my item to when they sent out the replacement. I feel confident the company stands behind their product and will purchase more of their controllers as needed. A+++ customer service team.

Ever since I got a back bone it became one of my favorite gaming platforms. I recently ran into an issue with my back bone but the support team was very helpful and they are currently helping me solve that issue.

8/10 for service 3/10 for communication had no idea my replacement was sent no tracking information but i got it nonetheless

Ma manette n'a fonctionné que 4 mois, après quoi la touche de visé s'est désactivé. J'ai essayé de désinstaller réinstaller tout par défaut etc rien n'y fait. Je pouvais quand même jouer au corps a corps mais le joystick gauche a lâché. Finalement c'est cher pour avoir un intermédiaire très bas de gamme.. Exactement la même chose est arrivé à mon frère qui ne joue plus du coup..

The team responded quickly and resolved the issue, but they also took time to ask if they could help and were incredibly positive.
