Backbone Labs, Inc.Reviews of playbackbone.com

Easy and concise

Very responsive staff, i have mistakenly ordered a wrong item, their staff handled it very professionally and offered me free replacement. Excellent experience

I’ve purchased a few Backbones, luv them but the left side of one gave out after 8months, Amazon wouldn’t help but Backbone did. A simple form request to support and my Amazon receipt and they sent me a return label. Its in the mail rt now, hoping for a repair or replacement. Easy & speedy support, would buy from them again 👍
