I honestly love this thing. I can stream The Sims 4 via Xbox which is very nice. HOWEVER, Backbone does not mention anywhere on the box that you need BackBone+ in order to play titles like The Sims 4, or even Ninja Gaiden. That information should be at the forefront of the product’s advertising.

I would do five stars but I’m doing four starts. Reason is for the controller it’s self, I wish there was a motor in the controller if possible to make vibration for a more immersive experience for the games

The build quality is great! It's a great mobile- experience. However, there is one significant drawback that I can't overlook: not a single phone case fits my Backbone. This has been a persistent issue that dampens an otherwise great product. Every time I want to use the Backbone, I have to remove my phone case, which is quite inconvenient and leaves my phone vulnerable to potential damage.

Ordering direct from backbone was a slower delivery process than usual. It took 9 days from ordering to delivery. In this day and age of Amazon prime, and online commerce - that feels way too long, especially for a tech product. The product however is 5 stars. Absolutely love my backbone.

Great product. Quality feels through and through. My mobile gaming is now a handheld console experience. Fantastic. Delivery times are a bit over the top.

From what I tested it feels good, i am still unable to fully use it as I don’t have the attachment for my iPhone 13 Pro Max so I just have the Backbone sitting in the box waiting for the attachment. It would be nice for first time buyers to have the attachment in the package.
