Service was great. Took a bit to get order processed. Very happy with our gift cards. Wish they had a package that you could get cards and holders together.

Not only does Cindy go above and beyond in helping make sure I'm happy but so does everybody - from billing, graphic design, and management!! This is my 2nd time printing membership cards with Plastek Cards Inc. And I returned because I was satified the first time. My only challenge was I wanted the cards glossy on the front and matte finish on the back, This is not a possible selection online. Once I contacted customer service they guided me through what to chose and where to make notes for clarification.

Package out is professional--service was solid--cards look nice. My only issue is it took about 4 days to place my initial order. That is my only complaint. Customer seevice was solid and helpful though. I will use your company again. :)
