They fulfilled the order and it looks great. I ended up having to rush the order and it wasn't cheap. But, I can say that we are very pleased with the outcome of the product and we got it in time for our tradeshow!

Working with Plastek Cards is a pleasure. The customer service people are helpful and pleasant. The art department is amazing and creates a great finished product with very bad art files.

WE'VE ONLY HAD ONE PROBLEM, REQUESTED QUOTE FOR CARD WITH SIGNATURE STRIP - QUOTE CAME REFERENCING SOME KIND OF "COATING" AND WE READ THAT TO BE THE SIG. STRIP. RAN WITH THE JOB :-( JOB RECEIVED W/O SIG. STRIP. RESPONSE WAS THAT THE QUOTE DID NOT CONTAIN SIG. STRIP (EVEN IF QUOTE REQUEST REQUESTED A SIG. STRIP) - "COATING" MEANT SOMETHING ELSE. WE HAD TO RE-RUN JOB AT OUR COST. ALSO, WE REALLY LIKED THE FACT THAT SHIPPING WAS INCLUDED. WHEN THAT CHANGED, WE WERE A BIT SADDENED. BUT BECAUSE OVERALL QUALITY OF PRODUCT IS GOOD, WE'RE STILL STICKING WITH PLASTEK CARDS.

I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer Henderson. She is very pleasant to work with and she is thorough. The folks who handle/process the engraving have yet to make a mistake and I have been working with them for close to 10 years. Your staff is excellent.

Great Company and Great Service

We got the plastic business cards from Plastek. Although they took a long time to print and receive, they were worth the wait! Our first round of cards came over printed in the wrong color and they worked with us to get them reprinted.

My customer service rep, Adriana, has been extremely helpful and tolerant to my needs and helping me to understand the processes involved. Had an issue with product after one year and they redid almost the entire order at no charge...several thousand units.
