This is the 2nd time we've used Plastek Cards. Both times we placed an order everything went smooth and easy. I initially contacted them via their website then a rep contacted me right away. I told our rep which card we wanted, our rep. explained the process to me and what was required on my part. Via email we provided the art, item #, desired quantities, and shipping address; credit card info. was provided by phone. After we received and approved the proof, our client received their cards one day ahead of expected delivery and are very please with the cards. I'm sure they will re-order. We will use Plastek Cards again. Thank you Sage!

Luckily, I placed a small order (10 cards) to ensure the quality before placing a larger order. The cards were delivered behind schedule after a 'clunky' and unclear ordering process. When they arrived, information on these cards was incorrect. I will not order from this vendor again.

First time I tried to order Adriana just stopped responding to my emails she said I never approved an extra charge. I did approve the charge and sent her a screen shot of my email proving that I did. The second time around Cindy never sent me an email to approve the proof until I asked for an invoice and she got really rude with me and with my purchasing department. Purchasing had to give payment info twice, because Plastek said they never received payment the first time and twice I was standing by purchasing listening to them give payment info. We finally got our cards and they looked great! So we decided to order a 1,000 more. Until purchasing came up to me and said they couldn't deal with Plastek anymore, because they were getting bounced around and needed artwork which I already gave when I asked for another quote for 1,000 (and I also have proof of that too). So, cards are great, but it's insane trying to order from Plastek.

Plastek Cards has the best prices and wonderful customer service!! I have ordered from them for over 2 years and am pleased with every order!!

I had a great experience with Adraina, my sales rep. All communication was in a timely fashion and professional. The company sent me an email when my order was being shipped with a tracking number. The quality of the cards I now have started to use is good. I have received compliments from customers. I would order from Plastek cards again.
