I ordered some gift cards and was very happy with what I received! It was exactly what I had imagined. The artwork and colors came out perfect. Will definitely be re-ordering from Plastek Cards in the future.

I sent them primitive art work and they were able to use it and create the perfect gift card for our salon. They have great prices and quick service! We will use them for sure in the future. We highly recommend them!

My CSR, Sage, made the purchase experience very easy. She was extremely responsive and facilitated the process every step of the way. The quality of the product rounded out an overall fantastic transaction.

I sent a file that had an issue but did not find out until I followed up on the progress on the order, one week after it was placed. No explanation as to why I wasn't informed and nothing was done on their end to expedite the order after I had submitted a corrected file within an hour of my follow-up. The quality of the finished product was excellent but I am looking for another vendor at this point.

Hi Glen. We noticed that you downgraded your review due to an incident with a rep that is no longer with the company. Unfortunately, due to this, it will be difficult to investigate exactly why he failed to notify you of issues with your artwork, which is unacceptable. We apologize for what transpired, and hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional customer service that we're known for. We have a new rep, Lizette Valancia, who has taken the place of your previous rep, and she is excellent. Please consider giving Lizette a chance. You won't be disappointed.

We had ordered loyalty cards and sleeves for a major client from Plastek Cards which went off without a hitch. However, shortly before the client's event they changed a booth # which was on both the cards and the sleeves. We needed the new cards within two weeks. Plastek Cards got me the reprints of the card sleeves in 10 days and the loyalty cards 2 days later. I just want to thank everyone involved for the quick turnaround. Plastek Cards will be #1 on our list when we need these products in the future.
