They are a good resource for our gift card needs. I think price point, they are a bit expensive and sometimes have delays, but overall very happy with their products.

Customer service was well to begin with. However, once we were switched to another account manager, everything seemed to go downhill. Not sure what went wrong with the transition but it is almost impossible to order cards now from this company. We simply can't even guarantee a delivery time for our customers now because of this. My trust in the company is completely lost. The fact that I have to email the account manager now constantly and nothing being done is very concerning to me. Due to all of this happening now, my business will be looking around the market for more providers unless our constant problems are fixed.
