I ordered a bed with drawers underneath they sent me the wrong bed. They asked me to send them photos of it and the skew I did and now it's been over two days and I have not heard back from them. The bed was almost $500. It's not what I ordered and they've disappeared. I do not recommend this company at all really bad customer service as well as service

I ordered the king Haven canopy bed. I was excited about my purchase until the second night we sat down on the bed to go to sleep. The metal beam in the center bent! The frame is so light that getting into the bed it shifts slightly causing the leg supports in the center to shift into a crooked slant. I weigh 120 pounds so this absolutely should not take place. I contacted customer service thru email and form submission, then calling, and it took over a week for someone to get back to me. I requested two extra metal beams to improve the engineering by running extra supports down the positions where sleepers are located. I offered to pay for it. I received an email stating that the legs shouldn’t touch the ground, and I wouldn’t be able to purchase extra parts. If I had kept my boxes this bed would be back on its way to Plank and Beam. Do not waste your money or your time. Very poor customer service and products

Ordered 2 sets of bunk beds. They both came quickly. 2nd set has some damaged pieces. I got a quick reply from customer service saying they would respond the following Monday. The site was down temporarily. Never received a reply. I have emailed them twice since. The last reply was that it had been over 30 days since I ordered! I emailed that the 30 days is on them since I wrote 3 days after receiving. So BEWARE their customer service doesn’t exist!!!

I placed an order for two beds and realized I made a mistake on the size. I immediately emailed them to correct my order, and like others, got a AI message telling me they would reach out to make the changes. After 3 days and several emails I never head back from anyone. There is no phone number listed on their site, but I was able to get the number looking them up on Apple Maps. Call 1-877-776-3388 which is for their corporate Maxwood furniture office and go through all the options until you choose the one for Plank and Beam. I talked to a live person (Suzy) who said she would correct my order. While I was on the phone with her, I was reading these trust pilot reviews and decided to just cancel my order all together. She canceled and refunded my money right away. She was very pleasant and it could have gone a lot worse. Hope this phone number helps someone else having issues with customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY… I ordered a bed from them on sunday 7/26 (King sized)… my partner was home so I told him to measure the wall to see if it would fit, when I got home I remeasured the wall because I just like to do things on own. Keep in mind this is all within a 5 hour time frame. I contacted customer service and they told me that they can help me out with this and someone was going to reach out to me, NO ONE REACHED OUT. Today (7/27) I got a message that the order has been shipped. So they purposely sent out the bed so that they can charge me a return shipping fee for a bed that physically cannot fit into my space. This is ridiculous.

WARNING to consumers - $400 table arrived damaged and they DO NOT RESPOND to help fix this issue. It's been over a week - nothing. I have a pile of wood in my living room. TERRIBLE customer service. Really disappointed.

They promised 5-day delivery and it took several weeks. It finally arrived, seemed like quality wood but every single piece needed to be assembled. I took over ~6 hours to put together. Fast forward to 2-weeks after assembly, the center aluminum beam is completely bent and nonfunctional, risking the wood slats breaking with any weight added to the bed. Reached out to customer service and now, 2-weeks later, I still have a broken bed and extremely poor communication due to "technical issues" on their end. Really? Technical issues with responding to several emails? I am 9 months pregnant and now have to scramble to find a place to recover from delivery upon my baby's arrival. This place is a scam. Don't buy from them, you'll regret it!

Horrible company with horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service. They will take your money, provide absolutely no help in getting you what you paid for, and delete any and every comment online commenting about their lack of customer service. It is shameful in every way.
