Nice style, terrible shipping. We ordered a bed we needed to stage an open house, and we allowed an extra 10 days beyond the promised arrival date. Half got "lost in transit" (which seems hard to do with something as big as a bed), and it didn't arrive until after the open house. Strike one. We then ordered the matching nightstands. One arrived with the face bashed in, even though the box showed only minor exterior damage. Their customer service did a great job fixing these problems, but if I experience a problem with my first two orders from any vendor, I'm unlikely to buy from them again. (And I'm still waiting for the replacement night stand).

I ordered 6 dining room chairs and 1 dining table. It was delivered quickly on a Friday and I had good communication during the ordering and delivery process with auto status updates. Upon receipt I noticed that the table box had broken open during shipment and had been taped shut. After I got the chairs together (easy-peasy and without a hitch), I unboxed the table and destroyed the box and bagged up all the Styrofoam. It was then I noticed the entire box/bag of hardware and instructions were missing. I immediately went to the order confirmation email and started a request to replace missing hardware, even explaining I had already destroyed the box (my bad-live and learn not to clean as I go). I received an email Monday morning asking for the part number of the missing hardware, which I could find in the instructions. I explained again there were no instructions. They said they would forward to a manager to resolve. 5 days later on Friday I called and was told it was with the right people, but she'd let them know I called and ask them to respond to my email or call me. On Sunday I used ChatGPT to reverse engineer the table. It happily gave me all the nuts and bolts to go buy, and offered to print me a manual. I held off until Monday and was going to go buy the hardware on my lunch hour, but sent one more email Monday morning asking them to make this right and at a minimum refund the amount the hardware would cost me. Right before I planned to leave to go buy the hardware, I had an email saying the parts had been ordered. I fully expected them by Friday. Instead I got an email on Friday saying that the parts were shipped and I could expect delivery on Wednesday. On Wednesday I did receive the package with no instructions (didn't need them anyway) and I was missing one bolt in the end, which I decided to live without. After the table was fully assembled, it was evident that one of the table top pieces (it came in 3) was not planed straight and there is a visible crack (opening) in about 2 feet of the table.

Ordered 2 sets of bunk beds. They both came quickly. 2nd set has some damaged pieces. I got a quick reply from customer service saying they would respond the following Monday. The site was down temporarily. Never received a reply. I have emailed them twice since. The last reply was that it had been over 30 days since I ordered! I emailed that the 30 days is on them since I wrote 3 days after receiving. So BEWARE their customer service doesn’t exist!!!

Bought one thing from them and get spammed daily, sometimes multiple times daily. Contacted customer service about it and so far crickets...except for plenty of continued spam

We ordered a dining table which we received but when we put it together, one of the primary pieces, a connector from the base to table had poorly drilled holes (misaligned). This made putting the table into difficult and resulted in an unstable, poorly fitted, final product.

Really disappointed with the item and the lack of customer service. Purchased the frame due to its advertised “easy assembly.” However after hours of trying to put together the headboard, I ended up having to hire a contractor to help build the bed frame despite having built multiple furniture items by myself. The contractor also noted how poorly designed the bed was and also had difficulty putting the bed together. I contacted customer service and they still have not helped me resolve this problem after 2 weeks. Do not recommend purchasing from this site.

in today's world of logistics, any company that cannot control or care to control its products right up to the front door delivery & just washes its hand once is product is handed off to a delivery company, is one I'd rather not ever to business with again. Recent purchase of a bed frame, delivery partner was FedEx, which missed 8 delivery windows over the course of 3 days & I changed my schedule to be available for delivery. P & B customer service? sorry, we cannot tell you where your order is & here's a Fedex website, find it yourself, any delivery issues, take it up w them. Then it has the unmitigated gall to ask me how "Brian" handled my service request. I think that question answered itself but P&B is too tone-deaf to read the room. I was making my 1st purchase w P&B, to outfit 2 teen girl bedrooms, this was my test purchase, if had gone well, other furniture pieces would be ordered, no longer. P&B emails? straight to junk mail & unsubscribe me, post-haste.

Three of five tables we ordered looked beautiful upon assembly. In 2 months time, the developed hairline cracks across the top that continued to expand to 1/2 in crevices. The company sent a replacement end table when I noticed the first table cracking and the replacement arrived in the same cracked condition. I foolishly went by the reviews on their website instead of using random reviews which cite many customers experiencing the same issue. Huge waste of time and money. Not recommended.
