Easy to share and gather data
The sign up has been easy to share and I appreciate the compilation of participants’ info so I can thank them for their participation and give them updates! My contacts in Europe and N America have had no problem signing up!

Fantastic customer support!
Fantastic customer support! They were prompt and you can actually speak to a human—immediately in my case. I was trying to stretch the form to cover a variety of purposes in a single event and they presented a couple of different options for me. They continued to support me with my many follow up questions. Total thumbs up!

Simple and Straightforward
We usually use Sign Up Genius, but decided to give this a try. It seemed to be a little more simple and straight forward. As a church, we mainly are looking to create a list of needed items for particular events, and allow our folks to see at a glance what is still needed. In that light, the only thing that is difficult for us with either of these programs is the designated date feature. Just need to have a list of items and who will bring them. PlanHero worked well for our needs and we have been pleased that our membership is able to log in to see where we're at with our needs before they make their purchases.

PlanHero's support in amazing
PlanHero's support in amazing. They sent videos of how to do my requested tasks, on my actual event page, very quickly. I do find the UI confusing at times, could use tips while hovering over icons, and I wish I could use my own graphics.

With regard to the UI tips, we have just sent you an email to better understand where you would find them useful. We are all ears! And finally, use of graphics is on our roadmap, but we are not quite there yet. In the meantime, you can upload graphics in the Description area. Your participants can click on them to view and/or download them. Thanks again for your time. 11/20/2024 -- Just a quick update here: Thanks to your input, we've added a number of "i" info hover texts to our user interface to provide quick reference info to our organizers. In addition, we have now released the ability to add a custom graphic/image to our event covers (header images) for our Pro Plans.
