Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this feedback. We're so sorry that you found finding the individual email information difficult. The individual email information is all readily accessible in the Invitees tab (or Signups tab for the Club Tool). In addition, you can download information at any time via the Downloads feature. The CSV download includes all details of all signups including email addresses and names. Also, please note, that we are refining this area even further and this will be release early in the new year. Again, thank you for your feedback as it helps us in thinking about user experience and how to continually improve it.

Hi Julie, Many thanks for taking the time to review one of our Tools here at PlanHero. If we're understanding you correctly, you'd like to be able to set a cut-off date and time so that no more people can sign up for an event/signup after that point. If that is correct, that feature is indeed on our roadmap! With regard to the ability to look at deleted items, we'd love to understand this a little better.
