Just received a notice via text and email that my logo and company name is being requested for trademark by another company, and therefore needs to be copyrighted through their services. I own a small dental office and not some global merchandising company, and I don’t think you could copyright the phrase “dental clinic” so I knew something sounded fishy. Thank goodness I was not the only one having this issue. Reading other people’s reviews does put me at ease.

Terrible. This is verbatim what they messaged me. Who talks like this to their customers? "It seems like you are not interested in keeping your business name. So we have decided today to move forward with another business owner from the state of North Carolina in getting the trademark register. It's was just on a courtesy basis we gave you the first preference to moving forward with your business name to be register. But you are taking this lightly. In the end if we moved forward with another company then you will have 6 days to stop using the business name and have to remove it from website & social media. But in case if you guys do not stop using it then we have the legal right to send you the cease & desist letter. So kindly update us. Right Away.." They sent me this exact message in November. Slimy company. Stay away at all costs.

This company is a scam - keep calling about someone trying to trademark the logo or the brand or company name - I have asked them to stop calling and emailing us - we are not interested in their trade mark services - to no avail - they keep calling and sending emails - some government agency needs to look into this scam.

This company is a SCAM!! Buyer beware. I paid &70 for a logo. The first draft was so childish in design I thought it was a joke. They said a refund would be given within 2 days. It has been over one week, and I have no refund. I have called the company up and they are giving me the run around. Filing a complaint with the BBB ASAP!

I paid these guys to redesign a logo for my about 5-6 years ago. The logo name was my actual name. They sent me an email today claiming someone was trying to register my business name as a trademark through them. This is the full email text. Hope you are doing well. We have received an application to register the trademark for the same business name as yours. Upon searching the business name in our database, your information popped up. Therefore, as our Company's policy for this coincidence, we are giving you the benefit to choose, as you are an old client, whether you'd like to register the trademark or not, as we need to respond to the other applicant as well. The other applicant is all ready to initiate the process, but I need your final words before we proceed with their application. Nice site, very influential

Use caution, they over exaggerate their services. They will contact you about a year after they make a logo claiming they are intercepting a claim against your company name. Quality of product is basic.

USPTO trademark scam going on. All previous customers are saying same thing about getting a call or email to register a trademark for $$$ Please do not listen to them This company was recently sold this is why its happening. (indian scam alert)
