Absolute nightmare run away do not buy Horrific experience. Where do I start. 1. They trade as pixelslogodesigndotcom which is a US site and pixelslogodotcodotuk which is a UK site, read the bad reviews on the UK website and bad reviews on the US site before you read the good ones, because in my opinion the good ones are bought reviews. 2. I paid £500 for custom website,with ownership rights and an online booking system. 4 months later after relentless emails I finally recieve a sub standard not even a minimum viable product, with no ownership rights to the domain depsite purchasing full ownership rights and no online booking system, also they installed themselves as master admin by putting in a random email address 'jakobaillot40atgxyzdot-com' they ignored my requests to remove it, they ignored my requests for my money back. The website was not what I was led to believe I had purchased and they did not fulfill the items that I bought. 3. When I raised a charge back ( refund) through Paypal they locked me out of the website. My password is now invalid I have no access to the website I paid £500 to be built. 4. They recently used my name in their marketing emails to a customer showing them the website they locked me out of to solicit new business, this potential customer approached me to ask for my personal review of Pixels Logo and this is how I found out they had breached my data protection rights under GDPR. 5. They no longer respond to any emails. 6. Read the bad reviews before you read the good reviews which in my opinion are most likely paid for. I wish I had done better due diligence before I purchased their services. 7. Absolutely run away quickly is my advice. There are better companies out there just do your due diligence dont end up like the rest of us leaving bad reviews! 8. Their UK linkedin business page has a fake UK business address and postcode. I reported this to Action Fraud. 9. They say they are based in the UK but they are not and refuse to admit where they are based. 10. They use your data for marketing and breach GDPR because they dont tell you that they are going to do this. Also they dont send you an invoice, neither do they send you any terms and conditions and when you email them to request all these items they ignore you, and make up the terms and conditions to suit them so you have no leg to stand on. 11. Just do yourself a favour and stay away, this company doesnt have any business ethics whatsoever and is highly uprofessional. 12. I agree with what the other bad reviews are saying that this company is doing. 13. Please report this company to Action Fraud/Police and Trading Standards as well as the Information Commisioners Office to protect yourself and others. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade.

Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.

Just wanted to update everyone on the continuing lack of honesty by this company. I spoke to them about 2 weeks ago and again they said that they would provide a full refund. No contact from them after this point. If it was not for the COVID 19 circumstances and I had more time, I would be taking this company to the small claims court. Think carefully before using this company.

This is Sick, I used them a few times and things went good. Now I paid $179.00 for their logos and in 5 days NOTHING. No one answers chat. The Phones ring 6 times then hang up. They seem to be out of business. They should take their website down. Why doe they still collect money when they are OUT OF BUSINESS!

This company is a scam. I paid them over $2000 for two websites that were on their servers and now both sites are down and I can't get a hold of anyone to transfer them. They stole my money. This company is a scam.

Ordered and paid in full (as they only allow) for a complete website. Cost over 1500.00. Been 3 months now, won't return any phone calls...finally got ahold of someone on the live chat. They said the company sold and they can't help me with old orders....yet the website and all the contact info exactly the same. Reporting them to the FTC.

Company will not deliver website. Pixel will not answer phone calls or emails. Pixel does not stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
