I started with one order which was just a logo, it was done very well, good concept and design, the company was very responsive to small design changes based on my feedback. I then made a second order for my whole web site because the first order went well, however the experience wasn't good with the web site. I asked for a self-hosted version of the web site design, meaning that I'd host the site myself once finished, the company accepted my work but it was soon clear that they didn't quite know what to do, passing me around to many people. In the end they gave me a download of the PHP files and the .sql file for the web site, without any instruction as to how to put them on my own server. There were a lot of hard-coded lines that I had to change to make the site work, basically you need to have a lot of technical knowledge on PHP and database to make it work. The site is also just a demo site, quite badly coded, the wordpress theme is so custom that it has lost a lot of Wordpress functionality, and in order to change .the site content one has to edit the PHP files on server, as opposed to be in Wordpress. In the end, the company is giving me refund for the web site, it does show that they will fix problems by refunding, which at least means that I haven't lost materially, but have lost a lot of time.

So, i started out with zero real communication about my business. Then finally got a logo, the stationary files are not Word Templates but I am able to use them. However, I have been requesting since I first signed up for them to get the domain name. I still have 0 website and after every time I request a refund, I am given more empty promises and then ignored on chat. Go elsewhere. more than a month after the collected my money, I still do not have a website for my web based business

I paid for this service. Yes, I got a great design, the design team was quick and pretty much got what I wanted. My logos and other items were finished in a timely manner. If you need help or have questions the chat people suck, can't spell and are jerks! I had one person named Morgan. If you get her, you can expect complete rudeness and illiteracy from her. I have sent several questions and received no response. They made it seem like it was easy for people who aren't as computer literate as others, and it isn't. The designs aren't as easy as entering your info into the business card and boom, your done. You can't change or move icons and I was told "well it is easy" Nice customer service. Anyway, if you are an expert you will probably be fine with this company, if not I wouldn't suggest them.

EDIT: here's the Order ID PLD-61004 I'm writing this review because I received an email from Pixelslogodesign asking for a 5 star rating on this site... There is no chance this company would get a 5 star review from me. I opted for infinite revisions on my logo, the first 3 designs they sent were pretty bad, I went with the idea of one of them but along they way they continued to butcher the designs. In the end I literally had to design my own logo and get them to re-do my design. Every revision came back only 50% done, and with constant amateur mistakes like lopsided lines when they design was supposed to be perfectly symmetrical. I wasted about 2 months trying to get a simple logo out of them THAT I DESIGNED MYSELF. their artist were complete amateur, more so than myself. The experience was horrendous, it wasted so much time and delayed the launch of my business. In the end I had to practically yell at them to get them to stop making mistakes, and I am not that type of person. I paid them just to get the horrible experience over with, and I actually ended up creating my own logo (completely different than what I paid them for) in 1 day and it is now the logo for my business. It's not "great" but its MUCH better than what I paid them for. It's unfortunate that they pleaded me for a review, and had the audacity to ask for 5 stars. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars and not 1 is that even with the bad experience I had they managed in the end to FINALLY follow my incredibly simple guidelines and deliver what I agreed on. It should have taken no more than a week to make the logo, but due to their constant mistakes and only following half of the revisions it took forever. I wish I could add a photo to this review to show you the hours I spent on photoshop literally giving them to guidelines to copy since they couldn't do it without being babied through the process. You get what you pay for, don't cheap out, and don't hire this company it is a complete waste of your time and money.

Here is my honest review... They are very courteous and fast when they want you to pay...but the opposite afterwards...yes the initial logo revisions were unlimited, I knew what I wanted so I settled down for a simple logo...yes the Stationery was provided...now iam stuck on the website stage (before which I paid again to make my site "mobile responsive") they keep ignoring my requests/feedback...it has been months...I just want this to be over, have no time to trace if they are actually working from the US or sitting in India or Pakistan...I don't even care if the guys with American/English names are actually from Indian or Pakistani descent with a fake accent ...whoever you are, just finish my website...iam loosing patience...thanks

Ordered and paid for Logo Business Package 5 days ago with the promise the logo's would be delivered in 2 days. I reminded them yesterday about my oder and was promised the logo's would follow 'in a few hours'. Still waiting for the logos.
