Don’t trust any emails you receive from this company… I’ve received 5 emails in the last 20 days, all very similar to the emails I have seen from other reviewers. I should have looked at Trust Pilot sooner, as I actually engaged in verbal dialogue with ‘Jason Brown’ much to my amusement and insult. But, as I had the pleasure, here is some of the information I received: 1: they will charge $1000 for registering a trademark in UK (it actually costs £170 + £50 per additional class) 2: they’ll charge $1700 for registering a trademark in the US 3: I told them I had applied for trademark in the UK and wasn’t interested in one in the US, but was told I need to proceed with them for the US trademark registration or they will vigorously oppose my trademark application in the UK. I even requested it be put in writing so I could ‘mull it over’, this is what they sent: “As per our conversation earlier today. This is to bring in written that we being the US Logo Design compnay will give you the rights of getting it register in UK. But for US you need to proceed with us. The total cost of the application & classification fee will be $1700.00 USD. Once your application is filed with USPTO you will have the serial number in next 4 to 5 days.” 4: While I was on the phone, I looked at the Pixel Logo website and mentioned a lack of offering a trademark registration service, needless to say, they got very defensive and informed me their trademark registration company is: apextrademark I don’t respond to extortion, nor do I appreciate seeing that they are trying to extort money from many people with the same scam! It’s disgusting and something should be done about this bottom of the barrel filth! Avoid at all costs! Do not respond to or entertain any of their alleged trademark warnings!

I also got one of these emails on 26th May 2022 read below.... Hi Stephen, Hope you're doing well. Tried calling you from the legal department of Pixel Logo Design. If you recall we did your Project back in 2017. This is Paula Sanders from the legal team of Pixel Logo Design. I was contacting you in regards to the similar trademark application for the Business name that we have received. Upon searching the business name in our database, your information popped up. Therefore, as our Company's policy for this coincidence, we are giving you the benefit to choose, as you are an old client, whether you'd like to register the trademark or not, as we need to respond to the USPTO/UKIPO. Well, trademark registration is provided on a first come first basis. However, you are our old client, we are giving you the courtesy to choose if you want to trademark or we should respond back to USPTO/UKIPO so that they can proceed with the other applicant. I went back and found my original emails from 2017 and they are from this email address.. care at pixelslogodesign.co.uk and of course when you go to pixelslogodesign.co.uk a dodgy site comes up!

Terrible recent experience with this company trying to tell me that a logo (at least 4-5 years old) has EUIPO FILING CONFLICT. I've told them the logo wasn't even for a business and they continue to push you to register anyway. The work is not even that great but was ok for what I was charged I will NEVER use them again! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I guess Pixels Logo Design is hurting for money and is trying to pressure people into using their services to Trademark business names. I got the following email and the same person has been texting me repeatedly, with a false sense of urgency. Hope you are doing well. This is Kristen, Sr. Paralegal Officer from Pixels Logo Design. We’ve received an application for trademark with the same business name as yours .Upon searching the business name in our database, your information popped up. Since you already got the logo design services from use a few years ago our internal policy suggests getting consent from you if you're willing to reserve the trademark rights and registration under your ownership for the business. If you're not willing to register the trademark so the other applicant will be honored as USPTO serves applicants on a first come first serve basis. Once they get the federal ownership and protection for the mark/name then you'll be required to cease all use of this name as per the Trademark Law. We would appreciate it if you can revert back to this email in the next 24 hours. In case of no contact from you in the next 24 business hours, the other applicant will be given the opportunity to begin their registration following standard examination and filing procedure with USPTO. As per the Act of 1946 §§ 1051 et seq, it is mandatory to register your mark to hold the ownership rights federally. Let me know if you have any questions. I am also dealing with constant text messages and emails from these scammers with the trademark BS, after they created a logo for me a few years ago. I even told them I had dissolved the company & since I knew it was a scam, I asked if it was for the other company I started (no other company exists) and they said yes!! These people need to be sued by all the former clients they are trying to scam. Googling this, I see they are doing this to so many people with identical templates. Beware!

BEWARE!! Initial logo design was mediocre A year later keep getting emails saying someone wants to use your name/trademark Told them I was UK based so I didn’t need US Trademark They emailed back saying the prospective buyer was going to use the name globally. Trademark is done federally, through United States Patent and Trademark Office. Which means, whoever gets the trademark done, will have the ownership of the business name in all the 50 states. If owner of the trademark finds someone else using the business name anywhere in all the 50 states, they'll be able to send them a cease and desist letter. Therefore, if you get the trademark done, no one else will be able to use the same name anywhere in all the 50 states. However, if we proceed with the other applicant's request, then you won't be able to use the business name federally. Came here after about the 12th contact from them to buy my own trademark. I knew almost immediately it was a ruse but said no thanks. Literally they don’t stop. They spam you with this lie that someone is buying your trademark. Sad because they probably sell a ton of these through these unethical means.

I paid for a logo and now they hound me. Some years ago, I purchased a logo design from them. Make no mistake, the logo is GREAT, we were really happy with it, and if it had ended there, this would be a five-star review. Unfortunately, since then, all they have done is attempt to extort money from us several times by threatening to trademark our name for someone else unless we agree to trademark it immediately. The first such email claimed it was a "FINAL WARNING" despite this being the first notification we'd received about this. I just received another such email today, which marks the third attempt to grift more money from us. Like, how sad is your company that you have to resort to threats to try to earn some money? You'd have done FAR better to ask for some reviews or posts on social media, because the logo we bought was EXCELLENT, and that much talent should be able to sell itself.
