Honestly had I dealt with Kevin from the beginning I may not have had to delay my launch, change my business plans, delay my staff, loose clients, loose money and get extremely aggravated. I have called in at times from my cell phones and i get no response, but when i called in from an unknown number someone was prompt and friendly just as they were when i first paid. I literally went thru 5 different designers in their office in the hopes of getting my designs completed. I also went as far as sending them EXACTLY PAGE FOR PAGE WHAT I WANTED ON MY WEBSITE AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. I was very disheartened and when asked to do the review I delayed and make sure that my review was not based on feeling of aggravation but instead a review that accurately depicts my experience. I know that I was soooooooooo patient with them and my job should have been done weeks ago! Yes, almost 3 months and I am still waiting for my website to be finished. If it were not for Kevin, I know that I would have gotten an attorney involved. I pray now that the rest of the project goes smoothly. Looking forward to completing my project but i literally have so much other work that needs done. So i am looking for a good company to help me do so.

I received an email asking for a review, so I opted to leave an honest one. I paid for unlimited revisions, which is a must with companies like this. So do yourself that favor I already had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted for our logo, I just needed them to actually design it in proper formats.. that said, I sent them the logo I wanted so they had a clear visual to start with. I received 3 initial designs. Out of the initial designs I received back, 2 were just terrible logos PERIOD and looked nothing like what I sent. 1 was SIMILAR to what I sent them and was workable. They did stand by the unlimited revisions until we accepted a final design. So that's a major plus. We just had to wait a day or 2 in between each revision so it wasn't a quick process. However, I would say their design skills are definitely amateur. Some of the designs they sent for a logo, clearly showed us that they are clueless when it comes to the basics a logo designer should know. We did receive business card design included which was more basic than Vista print lol But I didn't need that anyway. In a nutshell, if you have a clear idea of what you want and don't mind telling them exactly what to do, they are a good company to work with for a reasonable price, to get the logo in the format you need. But, if you need someone to actually DESIGN a great logo, I advise you to look elsewhere. Design skills just aren't there. I was not ripped off by them. I got what I paid for.
