I used them for logo design and was generally very happy with the result. They were pushing web design and gave me a much lower than advertised price on a website, but made full guarantees. They delivered a 5 jpg files of what they anticipated the website to look like and then completely stopped work on it. I have been trying to contact them for over a week (so much for their 24/7 design consultancy guarantee and their customer satisfaction guarantee), and have not received one response. That includes messages left via phone, email, and attempting to contact them on their webchat on their website. These people are scam artists plain and simple. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE PIXELS LOGO DESIGN for ANYTHING. Update - After posting the above review Pixels miraculously contacted me. According to them, they never saw my webchats (which I saved), never received my emails, (which I also saved), and did not receive any of the three phone messages that I left. Convenient that they were able to contact me so quickly after a negative review was posted... After apologizing and having zero explanation for lack of response, they suggested that they would discount the agreed upon price. They made mention of this review several times and asked that I remove it. I politely explained that there is no way that I would trust them after their lack of response and demanded to be refunded. The again plead for me to remove this review. I told them I would consider it after I was fully refunded. Approximately 7 days later I was refunded the purchase price for the website. That being said, I cannot recommend this service at all. My experience was bad and I felt like Pixels acted completely unethical in their business practice; further, I hope to save someone else from the experience I had to go through.

Extremely dependable, and loyal to customers, extremely detail oriented in order to achieve customer satisfaction, and always can be reached. They actually make you feel as though you are part of the Pixels process.
