Worst Company DO NOT TRUST THEM I trusted pixels to do my website and logo for me. They gave me a quote on a list of requirements I had. I only went with pixels because they instructed me that they could do this for me. After 1 year [website shouldn't have taken longer than a couple of months] the work has not been done properly. There were spelling errors, design errors, videos not working, quality was poor and every time I gave them a list of amendments, they would do 30% and then say it was done. So I had to go and give amendments again and again and again... They changed my account manager 5 times without telling me so my work was not getting done and I was having to chase up why my work wasn't done only to find out my account manager had left the company. The videos uploaded on my website do not work and when I told them this Jason Brown - an account manager - told me I have to pay an extra $500 dollars to make it work - yet I have already paid for this? The website pages do not fit the screen [again their fault] and he also said again they will not revise this unless I pay. I paid for my entire website upfront and every step of the way they wanted extra money for things that were already included. They have no customer service and their phone numbers do not work. They claim to operate from NY, USA yet every phonecall I have had [they call you if you beg] they told me they were from Florida, Texas and even London [yet all of them have a rich Indian accent. I know this because I am a British Indian.] Please do not go with this company. I have never in my life received such bad service from ANY company in ANY industry. If I could take back my business and pay someone else triple I would.

I have had a great experience with this company's site. The communication is there right away and continues through the process of the design and branding. Every initial logo design I received was highly creative and followed my input and direction. I then changed my input, and having the logo revised has gone very smoothly. The manager on my design has stayed in communication with very quick and helpful responses. I feel this is a highly professional and advanced creative group. Knowing what goes into designing and branding, I highly recommend them. The prices are more than fair for the high value I received.

Great service. It's nice to have someone who will immediately respond to questions and assist clients. Pixels Logo Design deigned my company logo, then they updated my website. I was shocked at how amazing my website looked. I didn't realize how unprofessional my site looked, until they revised it for me. I recently had interactions with Jason Brown-Account Manager. Jason walked me through all the revision process without making me feel like I was stupid. He answered all my questions and was very kind. I highly recommend this company.
