PLDUS-0517-482434 is my order number and I paid $60.00 for Logo and Facebook design. After being upset because I scheduled a call back to go over my Facebook page design, someone called me back and told me that not only would I get my final logo design but they would start working on my Facebook page design. The very reason why the responder is saying that they were told the project is compete is very reason why the company can't be trusted. However, I am not at a loss here because I have already spoken to my bank and you have until the due date which is the 3rd, today to give me what I paid for or I shall indeed reverse the charge. They tell you what you want to here and quickly get a payment and then not do the project without remember that clients are protected from such business practices by Visa and/or Master Card. It's a shame that people are not aware of this and they just let these types of practices happen to them and have no clue that a remedy has already been provided for you by your Cardholder. Like I said, by the end of today. UPDATE: Was just contacted by an alleged manager, said she would have project completed by Monday. She requested that I remove the review and I refused as this is an honest review n other people need to be aware how this company does business. I found out they completely removed the portion of the Facebook page design because after my card was ran they thought they were going to get away with it. This is a bad Company and I would warn all to stay far away. Asking me questions about my account is a game as they know who I am because they just called me. I suppose they are hoping to get my review removed by playing silly games! Again, not an honest company. However, to keep my money, I am giving them until Monday. I will update when the project is complete or I have to just get my money back. This is not an honest company by far Irregardless if they finish the project or not. Completion of the project only means I will pay them. Again asking me questions n playing stupid only proves my point. Please don't call me back to back anymore because my review is an honest review and I shall not remove it. Update: So, they sent me a sample of the Facebook page that I ALREADY PAID FOR but has requested for me to remove my review before they give it to me. I informed them that they have until Monday at 5pm to give me what I paid for and the only thing I will update is that they completed the project but my review of the company remains! 6/6/17 UPDATE: The time has expired and I gave them 3 additional days to complete the task of giving me what I paid for. There are no more extension and I am having the charges reversed. Choose a more professional company to give your money too as there are plenty of them out there.
