I have ordered many items directly from Piscifun. All of them have been as expected and performed at or above the dollar amount invested. My last purchase consisted of a 1 piece Serpent pole. Thankfully the pole arrived undamaged, however I believe it was all by luck itself. The packaging and care when securing the rod in the tube definitely needs attention. The pole was hanging out of the tube and the end caps were barely taped on. I purchase quite a few rods (14 in the last 6 months) , almost all of them are online purchases. The other companies always ensure the product is safely secure in the tube and suspended within so the tip or butt of the rod does not come in direct contact with the end caps. This one had a few pieces of bubble wrap and an insignificant tape job on the cap. It’s a shame because the rods do seem nice, I’ve ordered 2 so far. Hopefully they read this and can assure the customers they will try to protect the shipment as best as possible.

Reel was better than expected. Comparable to an abu Garcia. I also have 3 other bait asters from piscifun and satisfied with all. Great great company.

I had a rod arrive and the shipping company broke both rod tips. Customer service was very helpful and they set me a new rod and tips. I will purchase more in the future.

Received reel quickly. Great reel for the price. I would have gave five stars but, the screw that holds the rear cover on was stripped out and the parts were laying in the box. Not what you would expect for a new reel. A couple drops of super glue and it's ok

Good reel casts really great. Light compact. Drag works good too
