Reel is smooth and but a bit heavier compared to some of my other 500 size reels. That being said, for the price point, tough to beat and will order again.

Excellent Reel!!! Arrived fast and well packaged. Put it on my Bass pro tournament 7 ft medium heavy rod. Spooled with 20lbs power pro braid, and she casts like a dream. Once I got both breaks adjusted for my style of fishing, she performed spectacularly

Responded swiftly to shipping problems & offered compensation!

I owns 5 Piscifun reels, 2 Viper X 4000, 1 Honor XT 2000, 2 Flames 2000. Excellent reels, 10+bearings, smooth and light. I’m happy with purchase of this brand.

Bought some dry bags for motorcycling camping haven't used them this winter but they seem to be made really well Thick vinyl like some motorcycle bags

The 4000 and 5000 series are the best that I have ever used for several decades in fishing. They cast very smoothly and never get tangled even though the wind is not adjusted. Very highly recommended.

I ordered a backpack. Shipping was reasonable (took like a week) and free. Product arrived without any damages due to proper packaging. The quality of the backpack was surprisingly good! I did expect it to be good but it really is top notch. Really sturdy and seems to last quite a while. For that price absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend. I didn't know that brand before and I was a little skeptical but I definitely consider them for futher products.

Great service
