Package delivered to wrong address could not convince customer service employee that it was finally person who package was delivered to brought to my house finally told representative to forget it customer service sucks

Love my Piscifun gear! Great bang for the buck for quality gear.

I bought the Carbon X 3000 spinning reel and the Serpent 6'10" med. action spinning rod. I used to repair reels, so the first thing I do with a new one is to take it apart. The reel is light and well-made and the smooth 6.2:1 retrieve speed is impressive as is the 22 lb. drag. The rod is really nice, strong, light, also the power and action feel right. My biggest concern is that the reel seat lock feels light, but to be fair, I feel that way about all of the new rods out there now. Of course, if I don't have a tight grip on the reel foot when retrieving, "My fault". I go fishing about a dozen times a year and I believe this combo is versatile and will last me a long time. The big question is of course, "would I recommend it?" The answer is yes. One big reason is I have seen other, similar, equipment that cost twice as much. The other reason is that there was a shipping issue with the carrier not Piscifun and Piscifun was quick to react and solve the problem. Bottom line: Good equipment + good price + good service = 5 stars.

Like the rods and reels only complaint is that spare reel spools for ALL your reels should be available at your website and not have to be ordered through PayPal and a different method all together

I am vary impressed with their service had a broken rod they reordered immediately also the rods and reels are a great value at a very affordable price will order again

I really like the inline reels i have several of thair other reels as well and have had really good luck with all of them. Fast shipping and order was all thair and on time.

I just purchased my 6th Piscifun spinning reel. These reels blow anything out of the water that cost twice as much! The drags are amazing.
