I was a little confused how to order at first, plus I wanted to shop and purchase other items. I sent a reel back because of the size (needed bigger) and was treated very fairly. I’ll deal with piscifun

Dear Bruce, We are truly sorry and disheartened to see your comment. We completely understand that not receiving your order is one of the most frustrating shopping experiences, and we sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience this situation has caused you. We immediately looked into your order and found that the package was not successfully scanned into the logistics network after dispatch, which is why the tracking information never updated. We take full responsibility for this error. To resolve this for you as quickly as possible, we have already processed a full refund for your order on Oct 21st. It may take a few business days for the funds to return to your account, so please keep an eye out for it. We are closely investigating this matter with our logistics partners to avoid similar problems from happening again. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via email [[email protected]]. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct this mistake.

Great company, the ordering process was smooth and pain free. I received my reel on time with no issues. I contacted their customer service department and they were also very responsive and handled the minor issue efficiently.
