Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the Carbon X reel. We sincerely apologize that the product did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the drag system. At Piscifun, we take pride in designing our reels with a focus on durability and performance. The Carbon X is built with premium materials, including 3 oversized carbon fiber drag washers that provide up to 33 lbs of drag power, along with a sealed rubber ring to protect against water and dust. The drag system is engineered to deliver consistent performance even in challenging conditions, and we’re confident in its ability to handle large, aggressive fish. That said, we are deeply concerned to hear about your experience. We’d like to better understand the issue and help resolve it. Please reach out to us directly at [[email protected]] so we can assist you further. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
