In response to Pioneer. All I was told by Sara is to call back on Friday. So this is NOT a resolution. All I ever get when I call is "someone will call you back in 48 to 72 hours" and no one ever calls me back. When I told Sara that, she told me to call back on Friday.
So this is NOT a resolution. This is more of the same being put off.
Sara said that Pioneer emailed attorney Tiffany Coleman. When I asked Ms. Coleman, she told me NO ONE from Pioneer contacted her. I forwarded this email to Sara. Still no call. I guess I will get put off again when I call on Friday. So even though you respond, being told "call back later" is NOT a resolution.

Been using the service for 3 years
Been using the service for 3 years, the first two years were great, but now, I have a default from Bank of America, even though I agreed to settlement in July of 2017, and when I call, I get the run around, we are trying to reach your negotiator, only been waiting 3 weeks for them to call me back after several phone calls, and they can never seem to give me an answer.......

Wish I had read these reviews before …
Wish I had read these reviews before basically opening my checkbook up to them to rape and pillage. While they were upfront about the fees they were going to charge us they did little to help us. The settlement offers were high and ultimately three of the debts we put into the program were simply charged off. They did NOTHING to help with that but let them linger to the point of being charged off with a highly adverse effect on our credit. When it came to within 4 months of the end of the 36 month period they were still paying off the two cards they did manage to get a settlement for and I had about 1000 accrued toward the settlement of another 15K debt. So my monthly payment of 800 that I had anticipating ending in March of 2018 would now be an 'unknown' extension of time until they settled this account. In the meantime, they are still taking $100 or more of my $800 for their 'fees'. Can you imagine how long they could have continued to screw us if the 3 cards totaling another 15K would have been 'settled' by their really outstanding lawyers? THIS IS A SCAM. my $40K in debt has cost me $30 and still have $15 to settle. I could have PAID OFF THE DEBTS directly to the credit card companies IN FULL... but these guys took $10,233 and put it in their pocket and did NOTHING for me but extend the time it is taking to recover my credit rating.

Lies and fees
I started a program with them in the beginning 2014 with a 4 year program. I was promised it would never take longer, even told me it would probably end early. I even asked clarifying questions to the contract.
Now 5 months from finishing, They are telling me my program needs to be extended and I need to pay in more money. They told me one thing and now are doing another. They also have so many fees up front and hidden. well over 12 thousand in fees. They claim to save over 35%, but after fees I am not even saving 20%.
This is terribly frustrating to be told one thing and then they do another, I have even requested they pull the calls to show what they promised, They have not keep telling me they cant get them.
Avoid this company and their fees and lies. They are not honoring what they said

Terrible Experience
I am totally baffled at how this business can receive an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau when only negative reviews have been given. I retained Pioneer Law Firm in 2013 to settled my debts with a three year contract. Now 9 months past our initial contract, they are still dragging us along, incurring fees every month. Pioneer was very helpful for the first year and a half, but after that they seem to not care. I am the one who has had to badger Pioneer for any negotiations to happen. We have one last account to be settled, and there is more than enough money in our escrow account to have settled that account in full, and paid the creditor interest for the almost 4 years we have been in the program. This last account was allegedly negotiated in 2014, and again in May 2017, but was not been settled because seven days had passed without an 'authorization to debit' document. Who dropped the ball there? I thought were had completed the program and unbeknownst to me, we weren't. Pioneer didn't contact me. When I noticed they were still taking money out via automatic funds transfer without my authorization, I went berserk. I have been calling every day, trying to get someone to help. They have ceased taking out money, but no other help. I am so frustrated about getting the run around. They tell me I am on the schedule for a phone call the 24th. Why should I have to wait for a phone call on the 24th when I am on the phone NOW!!! Talk to me NOW!!! Nope, just smoke and mirrors. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone but my worst enemy. Settle your debts yourself. (Dave Ramsey can help you with it, and you will save yourself thousands of dollars!)

One of the shoddiest places I have had the displeasure of working with!
The only thing they do well is take my money every month. They do not return phone calls, they hit my bank account twice in the same day for my April payment and caused me to bounce checks. I have been served court papers 3 times, there are several creditors they have never negotiated with in almost 3 years, I have had my wages garnished. To be fair to them, I did have surgery that went bad real quick and ended up with 3 surgeries in a six week period. I missed two payments. I called them to make good and the customer service rep said "We will just start you back up next month". I said, "Great, thank you!" I had no idea that meant I would miss payments on negotiated settlements and mean I had to start all over, pay them to re-negotiate those settlements. It just goes on and on.
They will not return my money, this is handled by the "Payments Department" and they do not take phone calls. They are always "going to have an attorney return your call"..doesn't happen. Or if it does happen and I miss the call, good luck trying to return the call as they direct you to. You won't ever get the person back. Pretty much all of the things outlined here by other consumers. I just can't take anymore dealing with them. I want to fire them but am afraid I won't get my money back this is sitting in the account they manage. I have emailed the address they give here for someone to contact me, it has been ignored, obviously, as I have not heard a word in 6 weeks. Stay away from them!

Keep YOUR money!!
Keep YOUR money!!
I have been trying to contact them since February .I regret the day I decided to joined them. They make sure every month they get their money from my account. Can someone tell me how I can legally leave them? All the money I'm giving them, all of my accounts should be paid off.
