I too have had Pioneer law firm and they have not reported any of my paid off accounts to the credit bureau. They have taken payments from my checking for 4 years and 2 months and never reported that I am finished and my accounts are paid. I guess I'll have to get a lawyer to make this good. Over 600.00 a month for 4 years they have taken. Ugggh!!!

Good Afternoon and thank you for your feedback!
It is important to understand that Pioneer Law Firm cannot report on the status of your accounts to any credit bureau. Once accounts are revolved, the organization that owns the account has the obligation to report it accurately to the bureaus. Pioneer Law Firm doesn't own the account, so we do not have standing to report on it. We'd be more than happy to provide you additional information regarding this part of the program, and how it specifically applies to your accounts. Congratulations on your settled accounts - we are pleased to have served you well in this regard! Please let us know if we can be of additional service.

Incompetent service and expensive
I started the program in August 2014 with on time monthly automatic drafts from my checking account. Everything was on track to complete by July 2018 (as stated by my contract). I even received a call in July to state that with the last payment I will have graduated from the program. Well, fast forward to August 2018 as I looked for a mortgage (since my credit should be *much better now* that I have completed the program). Much to my surprise when the mortgage company told me I have 2 outstanding credit card debts over 12K! I couldn't believe it and said it must be a mistake as I've completed a debt consolidation program with those credit cards. I promptly contacted Pioneer and let them know the issue. Here's where it begins to go downhill - the rep said on one of the accounts the firm closed down and returned the last 3 (!) payments totaling only $353 back to Global Client Solutions; what's worse is that this happened in 2016 and NO ONE mentioned this to me! As a matter of fact, I was told the account was "complete" during one of my monthly check in calls. Why did it take 2 years (at the time) to find this out?? They lied! On the other account, the very last payment, only $245, was NOT SENT to the law firm (despite the funds withdrawn from my account). So, I find out ON MY OWN that TWO accounts are NOT paid due to their error and is being reported at almost triple the amount owed to the credit bureaus!! It is now APRIL 2019 and they have not corrected these errors and closed my accounts. The Global Client Solutions account is still open, charging fees, and every call to Pioneer ends with the rep says "my supervisors have forwarded this to our payments dept to have them resolve it. Give us 3 business days and someone will call you." Of course this NEVER happens and I call after 4 business days to go through the SAME conversation with another rep. I am so frustrated as the creditors state they can only work with Pioneer as the settlements are with them and NO ONE knows what happened to the funds that should have gone to those companies!! Why was I never notified about those returned checks in 2016; why did they continue to send them after the first one came back; why was the VERY LAST PAYMENT not sent to the other creditor, why is this taking so long to resolve?? I NEVER missed a monthly payment and even provided additional funds when contacted by Pioneer to add to the account so a settlement could be reached quicker. I want a resolution to these issues THIS MONTH (April 2019)!!. No one should be lied to when they sign contracts and keep their end of the bargain. Do not use this company and find another way to resolve your debts!!
UPDATE: It is now June 2019 and these issues are STILL.NOT.RESOLVED! I am so upset by the lack of response from this company to handle issues that were THEIR FAULT. It is almost one year since my program was scheduled to complete (July 2018), and I will continue to resolve this situation! Maybe I need to take legal action in order to have this company keep their end of the bargain.

Without a doubt the worst customer…
Without a doubt the worst customer service of all time. They withdrew money out of my account and couldn’t care less about refunding the funds. So much attitude with every person in customer service. Look elsewhere.

Worse the more you suffer!
Since my last review (which seemed to get more attention than any of my calls), I initially received weekly calls asking if anyone from the legal department had called me concerning updates on negotiations...never did, and eventually they stopped checking with me (may have something to do with me suggesting they CALL THEIR OWN PEOPLE before calling for me to answer that question!), No one could answer why there was ZERO "negotiations" as far as reducing what I owed to anyone (the best they did was set me up in payment plans for more than I paid directly to debtors before, thereby adding their fees/handling ON TOP OF the ridiculous charges I paid for 18 months. I STILL have major bills they haven't "negotiated", primarily, they say because I need to give them even more money to bargain with! Pioneer is a scam, all crooks, and are bleeding me dry-their deduction is the first pulled from my checking account, and shortly after I'm in a negative balance, credit ruined, and no glimmer of ever getting out of debt.

Hello James
We're sorry to hear that you have not had a pleasant experience with our firm, your feedback will be shared with our management team, as we know account updates and communication is an integral part of the program. We understand that anytime your creditors take litigation action it can be stressful, however, know that we are here for you and we are working diligently to resolve this matter. We understand you are eager to resolve your debt, but please remember this is a multi-year program so it does take time to accumulate funds into the program before we are able to settle with your creditors. Once the appropriate funds have accumulated, and we have settled your legal accounts we will work directly with your other creditors to obtain settlements, at that time and of course will be in touch with you throughout the length of the program.

So my account was to be closed out last…
So my account was to be closed out last month and the balance in my GCS was to be returned. Didn't happen.
And because of that, they took out another month's fee and tried to pay one of the creditors when it was obvious there wasn't enough in the account.

Biggest financial mistake in my life
Update: They said in their reply that they would reach out to me. They never did, and it's been five years later. I'm just putting this on here hoping it'll help others from making the same mistake I did. Don't fall for their scam! I was paying them the same amount I had been paying to my credit card companies prior. Work with them and they will work with you better than these scam artists ever did!
When I became disabled at work, I looked for a debt consolidation loan. Pioneer Law Firm offered their "services", and at first they sounded okay, and a way out of trouble I had gotten myself into. When the guy came to our house and had me sign the papers, I asked him, "But this is less than I owe on my cards." I was stupid enough to think that this was still a debt consolidation loan, not a debt relief program. He told me how the big bad banks have been screwing us over for years with interest rates, and we shouldn't have to pay it.
Well, the banks have nothing on the people at Pioneer Law Firm. I originally had over $25,000 of debt in their program. When debt collectors called me, I referred them to Pioneer as I was told to do. One lady sighed and said she was sorry, it was the worst thing I could have done. I asked her why, and after telling her I gave her permission to tell me more, she offered me such a better deal than what Pioneer has been able to get from any of my creditors. And then when I called Pioneer and asked them to take that card off the list, the person on the phone actually sounded upset! But that's not the issue.
The issue is that this week I will make my last payment with them. I will have about $23,000 drafted out of my account. Of that, only $11,000 has gone to my debts, with more than $12,000 of debt coming back to me to handle on my own. There's another $1,500 sitting in my account that I believe will come back to me, unless they find a way to grab that as well. The rest of the money, over $9,000, went to fees! 39% of the money you pay to get out of debt will go to fees people. That's higher than the highest of interest rates! This is the biggest financial mistake of my life that I have made. I am making it my life's goal to warn off as many people as possible about Pioneer Law Firm. I paid over $23,000 for them to settle less than half my debt. Think about that.
Edit a year and a half later. They said I would receive a follow up shortly, and I never did. I'm doing this in hopes that other people see this now when the economy is going bad all over again. Please please please find another way out of your debt! Call and work with the companies! Anything is better than paying the same amount and having 40% of it going to these guys. At the end you'll still owe money and your credit will be ruined for 7 years. Please learn from my mistake.

Hello Thomas
Thank you for your feedback, Pioneer Law Firm apologizes for any negative experience you have had during your program. Here at Pioneer, we are focused on settling your debt for less than you owe, we want you to pay the debt back, but our goal is to negotiate a payment plan so that we can save you money on each debt that we settle. We know there may be times when your creditors try to discourage you from using our program, simply because they know the tactics we use works and will help you on your journey of repayment much faster and ultimately save you money. Please remember the goal of your debt collector is to collect what is owed not save you money. We apologize if the representative you spoke with did not make you feel at ease when you requested to remove a debt, this will be communicated with management. Regarding the three unsettled debts, we have partnered with our negotiations manager and his team will customize a plan to settle your remaining debt and graduate you from the program. You can expect a follow up from us shortly regarding this.
