I've never written a review of any company but my experience was shockingly bad. I purchased 2 shirts — both of which appeared to be crystal white on the website. They came in mucus brown. A yellow/green, snot/poop-colored brown. I will give them the fact they were titled "beige," but one assumes that might be slightly off-white. Either way, products should look like they appear in photographs. Apparently they only give you a gift card to their store for returns, which is somewhat hidden in their return policy. I will be asking them to give me a real return, in MONEY, because they have scammed me out of it through fraudulent photos. I also purchased a size S skirt (am normally a size XS, 5 foot 2 inches), and can barely get it on. It doesn't go beyond my butt cheeks; completely unwearable. Buyer beware.

I will never buy here again. You can't return the item or exchange it. They have it in stock and the size in stock and still no exchange. Stay away from Pink Lilly all crooks.

Awful I ordered twice because an influencer went on and on about them. I never got either order. Email customer service that’s a joke they send you bogus tracking info from china. Not happy. Letting everyone know on absolute platform. Don’t waste your time or money. I learned that the hard way.

My package was meant to arrive in 3-5 days. Then after a month, it said it had been delivered (it hadn't). Wouldn't return my full refund. Waste of my time and money with all of the back and forth with customer service. Never again. Don't waste your time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had an awful experience shopping from Pink Lilly. So I was provided tracking information that never updated, and when I asked for help, they said I could have a refund or replace the items. I ask for a refund since it was 5 days since my package shipped, and even with it being the holidays, that usually means that something happened to the package. So a completely different person responded to me say actually they can't do that, and I just have to wait. So I did, and out of the blue the package arrived. So I get the articles of clothing and I am disappointed to see the quality of the clothes was awful. Then the icing on the cake came, when I went to make a return for one of the tops, I come to find they only do store credit. I have no intentions on ever shopping there again, and now they will profit from selling me low-quality, overpriced products; profit from me never using the gift card; and from me returning my unwanted item. I tried reaching out to the company about this and I have received no response. I would not recommend shopping with this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

I love the sweatshirt I got from Pink Lily. It fits great and was received fast. Will probably order some clothes during black friday.

I placed an order on 9/20/23 thinking it was 2 to 5 day shipping (first off, I had a feeling this was a lie and everything was coming from China). It is now 10/19/23 and I still do not have a single item. Of course I was right. Everything is coming from China. I am still waiting and tracking constantly says "in transit"....LOL
