Two months ago I received the wrong light fixture. I reached out to ping lighting to let them know the light fixture looks nothing like the photos. Instead of returning the item they tried to negotiate with me on the price for over TWO MONTHS. There was no resolving my issue so my bank refunded the money for me and labeled the business as a scam. This is the last business I would ever send my money too. Unethical and uneducated.

Fedex lost my package but Ping Lighting replaced the item and shipped it quickly at no additional cost. Great customer service would recommend

On this world of e-commerce, I have been particularly impressed by the customer service. Melody and I have been in touch a few times, just to make sure everything was as I wanted, and the communication was so easy and quick. The lamp that we bought was extremely well packaged and got here in perfect conditions, with extra pieces just in case. It travelled all the way from China to Canada and I was able to track down the shipping. The lamp is as shown and looks really good over our dinning table. I highly recommend this company.
