I have been a PillPack happy customer…
I have been a PillPack happy customer since 2016. I have loved the concept, and it has worked - until Amazon. Since then have experienced: * lack of communication about refill changes and pricing * ineptitude in updating scripts (calling wrong drs.) * Inability to get account information updated * getting wrong meds or missing meds * and, the final straw - my insulin was not sent because a high price was noted. There was no email, no warning there was an issue, and I missed it and wound up in the ER. I was told it was on me to keep up with what they were sending and that an email that outlines what is being sent and the little highlighted text—to log in to the account—totally absolves them of any responsibility of communicating with customers. The difference is that Pillpack used to do that. If something was off, they called. I don't know when it changed, but I was never told they didn't call anymore. The conversation today went like this: "Ma'am, things change, and that's YOUR responsibility, not ours." So, Bye-Bye Old Friend
