Prescriptions came late. Only option give was to talk to a pharmacist about missed dose. Great I can do that in ambulance, emergency room, or the icu. After I have a cardiac event from lack of medications. Their agents are best, medications are only going to be a day late what’s the issue. Keep repeating the same issue. Totally irrelevant. I finally spoke to a supervisor, no explanation for why pillpack that usually arrives a week early still hasn’t been shipped when I have run out of meds and urgently need new shipment. Going to locally pharmacy to beg for temporary supply.

So far this has been a nightmare for my boyfriend. We definitely should have read the reviews prior to signing up. He spoke with a representative within 24 hours of creating his account, and things seemed to be going well. Unfortunately the first hurdle he hit was the customer service rep--she was not a licensed pharm or pharm tech, so she had A TON of trouble with his medications and keeping them straight. He patiently spent the time going over each and every medication and what time he takes them to make sure nothing got missed. When he finally received his pills, 2 prescriptions were missing, which meant he had to pay cash for those pills at the local pharmacy. Additionally, they interpreted his "twice a day" as "four times a day", so now he has packs with one single pill, marked at the wrong time. He spoke with customer service and they assured him that they would make it right, but after reading these reviews, it seems they promise everyone that, but never actually follow through.

Beyond terrible Conflicting messages and information every time I called to verify if meds were sent or orders received from my doctor. I thought this would be easier to manage, but it ended causing me more stress and several phone calls per day. Great idea , terrible service

AWFUL!,,Don’t do it.3 weeks after sign up no medicine.Took control of my medicine and then couldn’t tell me when I was going to get it.Call and left message before they opened and received no phone call.Had to call them back.Amazon seems to be a great company overall but Pillpack seem to be a failure to date.Having my prescriptions transferred back to my pharmacy.Told it would take 4 hours. We will see.

After spending over 2 hours setting up my account for a simple prescription, I just learned while submitting my first request to fill the prescription that the price I was quoted of $15 per prescription was not being honored and is now $122. After spending another 2 hours on the phone, I am being told that the price I was initially quoted needed to go through a confirmation process (which never happened as the confirmation process was never initiated!) and the price is $122. I find these tactics not only unethical & immoral, but also illegal. After reading the other deplorable reviews here, I am compelled to commence legal action as this is clearly a bait & switch tactic.

I spent the time to fill out the necessary information and then at the end it wouldn't let me do anything so I had to call them only to find out did they will not work with you if you have pain medications that are in the opioid category. There should be a way to find this out upfront before spending all the time on their website and phone calls filling out forms. Now all my information is in their system and available for hacking

I have been using Pillpack for about 6 months. I take 10 different medications. The first month I received two boxes with the rolls of packets. Each packet contains no more than 3 pills (even though the pack could clearly contain much more) and they decide when you should take them. Due to my schedule I am only able to take my meds twice a day. I have one med that is written to be taken three times per day. However, I have discussed it with my physician and he indicated it would be alright to take two in the morning an one in the evening. However, Pillpack decides when you take each med. So each morning I would have three packets to take plus a fourth for my afternoon med. That's 4 packets in the morning and another 3 in the evening. Each packet is plastic and nonbiodegradable. Over a month's time that's a lot of plastic. I contacted Pill Pack and asked that they simply send me my pills in bottles (I have the mental and physical ability to fill a simple weekly day by day pill container). I asked to receive them all at one time (just as they provided in the month's roll of packets). This has never occured, I receive one bottle one day, maybe 2 or 3 few days later and so on. The boxes appear to only have the capacity to send three bottles at the most and even if a pill is very small you get a large bottle (it appears there are only two bottle sizes). I have called them each month to try to rectify the situation but alway get an excuse and then a promise they will send "bridge" supply to line them up for a single delivery, that still has not happened.
