Terrible terrible service, since Amazon has purchased pill pack they have completely lost all credibility.if anything goes wrong they have terrible customer service and they're not willing to help you I would advise anybody that needs medicine on a regular basis not to use this service.

My old mail order company 3 months supply.....one co pay.....pill pack insists only one month supply they state cause prescriptions change....copay every month vs one copays every 3 months....same amount....also got everything wrong...mistakes you name it.....RUN AWAY DONT WALK.

Horrible. Long wait times, medications aren’t synced up, and here’s the latest mess: They sent me an email saying copays had gone up on 2 meds and I should call in if I want them removed from shipment. I called 31 MINUTES LATER, told them to pause those meds. They shipped them out, billed me anyway and are now denying my refund request. So beware: they apparently think they can bill for anything at anytime because “that’s our policy.”

Oh wow, they are just terrible. First of all, they hold ALL your medications until they can ship all of them at the same time. So if you are running low, you need to call to get a special shipment. Secondly, they question your current medications, and will not ship anything on which they have not received a prior authorization. Even if you've been taking it for years. Finally, their huge and voluminous packaging is a huge waste of resources. There is no reason why they need to package everything in its own humongous box, but they do. One tiny bottle = one big box of its own. Horrible.

Terrible service. I signed up, and a couple months later had a change in meds, I called in the change because I couldn’t do it myself. I was assured it would be changed. When it came in there was not a single change. I called and said it was totally incorrect so they offered to resend me a correct pack. A new pack came and was short on 2 medications. When I called and asked they said they were unable to get ahold of dr office to get prescription. I called dr office and as always got a call back within a couple of hours. So then I called pill pack to verify what the next shipment had the correct meds, but was told they couldn’t see what meds were scheduled... after so many calls and wastes time I decided I was better off with my previous pharmacy.

The service was great but for the past several months they haven't had the supplements I require. This month I've gotten 3 calls and emails saying my shipment will be delayed. Again they are missing the supplements. Keep getting told they are "on backorder" Today the automated system called again but connected me to a customer service representative who seemed confused when I said they called me???? Don't bother with this service.

I've never written a negative review in my life, but my experience was so bad that I want to warn others. Please do not sign up with this company if you want a positive experience. I used their service for 9 months. Every single month without fail, they scheduled my medication to arrive late, and every month I had to call or email multiple times to get them to ship on the correct date. This past month, they shipped it late and it never arrived. Tracking number proves that. Customer service was no help. They did not comp me, and instead charged double. I canceled my account today. Save yourself the trouble and go with a competitor - literally anyone else but them.

Save your sanity (and your health), this service is a complete CF from start to finish -- maybe not all the way to the finish since I never got my medications. They say it takes up to 21 days to enroll/fill RXs... what? They should advise on their fancy website that people need to sign up 30 days *before* they actually need medication. The way they suggest that sign-up and delivery occur in a timely manner is a joke. Also, there is NO communication when there are issues with your account. I have felt so much frustration dealing with PillPack over the last month that I went back to CVS! (who I'm not a big fan of, but at least I get my medications when I need it). The only positive aspect is that the people on the customer service line are VERY nice... but they won't be able to fix whatever issue you're experiencing. Hard pass.
