Aside from having to do a little legwork for them and the reps occasionally missing information and the way they are supposed to address me, I've had no problems. Meds have always been delivered on time or a few days before they're actually due.

The sign up process was easy without me having to make any extra phone calls to my doctor or pharmacy. I ended up not continuing their services because my local pharmacy was cheaper but I really have to hand it to this company for making the cancellation process a piece of cake! I was able to call on behalf of my husband, I simply stated I needed to cancel because of the cost and they did not try to hassle me into continuing with their services. The representative was super friendly as she took my information and transferred the prescriptions back to my local pharmacy. Usually cancelling anything is a painful process but these guys handled it super well.

I've had nothing but a great experience with PillPack. It took a few weeks to get started but the first shipment came as expected. Then I had to add a new medication and the next shipment... perfect. Also I'm going on a trip and need my next shipment a little sooner and it's already set to be received 2 days before I leave. They've been professional and courteous and have made getting my medication so much easier!

Amazing, one of a kind. May be saving my mothers life. Granted, we're only two months into the service, but it's been amazing. My mothers online pharmacy/medicare prescription plan did not package her meds, and she's on 9 different a day - 3 times a day. She would forget, or over take, it was frustrating even with a box sorter. It was hard for me even to get them sorted correctly. I bet we have had 3 ER visits with her blood pressure raging out of control, or too low. Pill Pack is a dream. Her copays (many zero) are the same, and they call when they think her tier 4 is over priced. They send out a pre-shipping list every month to check for changes. Communication is wonderful. It took a bit to get everything in line between the Dr, her online pharmacy, and the pill packs, but once it all fell in place, it's been a god send.

I very highly recommend this company to ANYONE that takes medication on a daily basis, I've already got both of my elder parents signed up who take several different medications now in their older age. They will no longer forget a dosage or mess up a dosage by putting in too many pills or accidentally missing a day because they don't have the greatest of vision anymore when they are doing their weekly plastic pill containers!
