Horrible. I travel for extended periods and every time my travel takes place during my ship date it takes an act of Congress (they claim my insurance company) to approve. Getting ready to leave for a 5-week trip and they expedited my order and it all arrived in separate bottles vs the packs. I love the idea, hate their execution. I would avoid them.

I called Amazon Pillpack to find out costs.. No answer, sat on hold for extended period of time..

Very disappointing Amazon performance. Whole process was confusing and left me wondering if I was even enrolled. No confirmation or acknowledgement of input. When questioned was told i needed to contact physician and pharmacy to confirm?? Real mess in terms of Amszon "Process"

My shipment did not arrive because of UPS having a weather delay. They blamed them. I told them that I do not pay UPS and you should have shipped it a higher priority. It shipped 8 days ago from Arizona heading to Florida. Now I am scrambling to transfer prescriptions to get them filled. Very disappointed.

Done with PP. First shipment OK. Second shipment, I was charged copays for two meds. Then I got a robo call asking me to call them. On indefinite hold, so I opened chat session. Found out they were out of stock for the third med. Options were 1) for me to pick up at a local pharmacy, or 2) I should call doc to see if another med would work. Told them to cancel the entire service. Never again.

I would be better off buying a pill organizer and doing what pillpack says they do myself. An absolute waste of time getting my pills packaged only to have to take them out of the package and organize them myself. I may just go switch back to an old school pharmacy. In theory the service they provide is amazing. In practice someone else can come in and do a whole lot better.

At first, this sounded like a wonderful answer to my absent mindedness of forgetting to take all my meds.. it's a nice idea in theory. But, this company really does suck. It's messed up almost every order. Missing meds for 2 months straight. I went without a necessary diabetes med for 3 weeks before noticing it wasn't in the packet, when I called, they sent an emergency supply to my local pharmacy and promised it would be in my next shipment...it wasn't. Also, I waited forever for my migraine meds that my doc called in, and when they never showed I called them only to be told that I HAVE to call them to get them sent, that they don't fill the scripts automatically. Out of 6 meds, they have only been sending 2 of them and I have to fight and wait for the rest. I'm canceling and going back to Walgreens now.

SUMMARY: BEWARE - Promised diabetic medications never arrived - OUT OF MEDS. Was looking forward to all the promises made by this service so I started my transition. 6 prescriptions. 2 transferred immediately. I needed to have my doctor resubmit the other 4. During this time, I spoke to PP 3 times on the phone and chatted multiple times. I was assured, by multiple PP representatives, that I would get my medication on time as I made it very clear the date I ran out: "We'll be sure to over night those for you." Well... no meds... just off the phone with PP. Being told that, because it is a saturday, I'll not get the meds until Tuesday.. 4 DAYS WITHOUT DIABETIC MEDS. The customer service seems confused and baffled. I had to suggest to him the next step (which I knew because of all the previous conversations I had with PP.) I had him transfer the prescriptions back to my old pharmacy... he says I'll have them in 5 hours... we'll see (more to come.) With every conversation, I explained my concerns that the meds would not arrive on-time. Each time I was assured they would. PP is a total mess.
