Terrible experience with pillpack. When they do not have your meds/vitamins, they ship your packs without them. They call you after shipment. This has happened several times. The representative became rude after I told her I will probably switch back to Walgreens. Great customer service Jeff Bezos. Of course your a billionaire so why would you care.

wow what a s***show for a pharmacy!!! had problems with them twice when they decided to not issue my meds but didnt let me know until a couple days before new shipment so was late or left with no meds at all!!! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! EXTREME RISK TO HEALTH!!!

I decided to try Pill Pack for the convenience of having my day’s prescriptions in one easy packet. I just received my first order and in my case have 5 packets for each day. The marketing is misleading. I now have to open and dispose of 5 packets each day for the next 30 days. I expected better from Amazon.

Amazon is playing doctor with peoples meds. I sent 4 of my meds to pill pac because each was taken at the same time each night, every night. My meds were for 90 day fills unfortunately pill pac only does 30 day fills. Inconvenient, but not a big deal. The whole reason is to cut down on a clutter of pill vials. Now pill pac decides that well one of my pills is only to be taken as needed. So well we’re going to put that in a bottle! Pill pac you are not my doctor or my mommy! I take this med every night, because I need to take it EVERY NIGHT. The whole idea behind this is to end the clutter of bottles, now pill pac is sending me bottles! If I wanted it in bottles I would have continued it in a 90 day supply locally instead of every 30 days to someone who decides they can make medical choices for me!

HORRIBLE! I thought that switching to them would make my life easier, instead it became a living hell. It took them forever to get my prescriptions, then longer to verify them, then longer to fill them and send them. I was out of pills and no one could help me - not my Dr, my pharmacy, no one because pillpack owned my prescriptions. I finally decided that it would be quicker to start over and get be Dr appointments and have all my prescriptions submitted to my local pharmacy again. It was.

I have been through a TOTAL NIGHTMARE With Pill Pack since Amazon bought it. Pill Pack charged me $326.00 for a GENERIC medication! I got an email notifying me of the High Cost, so I called them to tell them NOT to send it so I could check with my INSURANCE and/or doctor FIRST. It had ALREADY been Shipped and I was told I could NOT RETURN the box. I called Twice, sent NUMEROUS emails. They kept telling me it was my INSURANCE'S FAULT. They said they would submit a REFUND REQUEST since I didn't have the opportunity to stop it being shipped, but I needed to contact my Insurance to see if They Would Pay More, THEN Sent me an email that IF I got a Refund, THEY WOULD NEVER FILL IT AGAIN EVEN IF THE COST WENT DOWN. I called my Insurance and was told that PILL PACK NEVER PUT THE CLAIM THROUGH. My co-pay was SUPPOSED TO BE $14.40. They are STILL MAKING EXCUSES EVEN THOUGH I DID Call My INSURANCE. My INSURANCE told me I should REPORT THEM TO MEDICARE AND THE AUTHORITIES! I Immediately TRANSFERRED the prescription to ANOTHER pharmacy. THEN I got an email that PILL PACK Contacted my Doctor for ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION to FILL IT AGAIN!

This service is garbage. I explicitly tell them not to send me a medication and they just do it anyway then charge me. They won't even give me my money back. Don't use this crap, save yourself money and time.

PillPack absolutely sucks! I don't know why Amazon even bothered to buy them. Their shipments do not arrive on time and it is almost impossible to make changes to medications or doctors without having to contact them at least 5 times. I already have a full time job, but with Pillpack I feel like I have two due to all the time that I have to waste trying to get them to correct all their mistakes. The people I have spoke with on the phone have been very nice, but the company is completely incompetent at fulfilling their core mission; Hassle free prescription service. Whoever the Chief Operating Officer is for this company, that person should be fired!
