Before I ever received my first order I cancelled and went back to my old fashioned brick building pharmacy. They made so many mistakes lining up my medications from a few different doctors I was afraid to trust them to ship me the right pills. One medication I called them three times in two days to tell them they had it wrong. Each time they said they would fix it. Apparently notes were not even entered about my calls. I cancelled them finally when my nephrologists office called and told me they called an hour prior to ask my nephrologist to write a prescription for the same wrong medicine I just called them about! AND, they had the wrong doctor! My nephrologist didnt prescribe it, my PCP did. I think they lack a system in their office that has procedures and protocols to follow. What I experienced was utter chaos. I thought of reporting them to the AMA or somewhere... Its frightening to think there is such a lack of clear communication when important medications are involved.

I wish I had read these reviews before I tried pill pack. Packs were missing 1/3 of my medicine, had the wrong dosage on two pills, had my morning/evening pills reversed, and had the wrong number of pills in the packs.

Slow, inaccurate, incompetent service. After spending hours on several calls with them to correct their mistakes with processing my prescription, they still sent me the wrong prescription and charged me the incorrect amount. The staff are incompetent and don’t seem to care much. I then moved my prescription to Alto.com and they got everything right the first time and it required only a few minutes of my time. What a big difference.

Why rehash what everyone else is saying? Bottom line... deceptive, "we call for authorization for anything over $ 20 bucks (except a $24.60 item, sent and billed regardless). Prescribed (not OTC) vitamin, "self prescribed" per billing???? I wish I had prescribing rights, I'd prescribe myself AWAY from pillpack. Kicker... my first order is still undeliverable (wrong address). I'll be changing back. If you are writing like I am, you are probably feeling stupid you didn't look for these reviews before singing up for this crappy service.

Absolutely terrible! Calls after calls after calls to TRY to get my meds correct for over two months! Then STILL had them wrong! Offered overnight shipping in certain cases then would NOT get them to you in time. Better be prepared to wait awhile before you start any new meds! It will take days to get to you. Better off using a local pharmacy & some local pharmacies even deliver, that way YOU GET YOUR MEDS WHEN YOU NEED THEM. All around a big pain in the behind!

High prices, deceitful advertising. Also, customer service first accepted to refund me due to a mistake, then few days later send me am email that they change their minds. They have higher prices than most online pharmacies. AND poor customer service.

What a terrible experience! I reached out to the CEO, TJ Parker - no reply. I reached out to Geoff Swindle, Chief Business Officer- no reply. I’ve canceled my account and returned to Walgreens. Never again!! Dear TJ, I switched to Pill Pack just over a month ago. I thought I would love your service. I really wanted to. Signing up was so easy but I have experienced a lot of challenges since. Month one did not include one of my prescriptions and there were two daily blister packs instead of one. Okay, I thought we’d work out the kinks. I was looking forward to getting everything straightened on the next run. Now, we're in month two and another drug is not available. I received a call today from someone asking me to volunteer/verify my DOB and address (mind you, he called me). That didn't go well. I also asked to stop today’s shipment to no avail. As it hasn’t shipped yet, I’m not sure I understand why this request was denied. Or why I wasn't contacted before a partial shipment was made. Now, I have a situation where some medicines are on the way from Pill Pack. I apparently have no choice but to accept because you’ve drawn down on my insurance and prescription. And, I must go to Walgreens to get the rest of my medicines. I must also make sure that Walgreens can take care of my needs next month and beyond and that all insurance is in order. All unnecessary work for me. This is not the service I expected from your company. I am most especially surprised by the set of poor customer experiences I've endured while trying to on board as a long-term customer. I want you to know that I am very disappointed. This company basically ships your drugs and bills you for them. If you have a concept that they will be organized, communicative or helpful in the least you’re dreaming. Walgreens does a better job, they let you know if you need to contact your doctor for meds, they call if they are unable to refill (and text actually, they have a great user friendly app. This is just one big circus at pillpack. Cherry on top... almost never friendly when you call. I’m going back to Walgreens.
