I’ve used PillPack for nearly two years and they are excellent. Customer service is always easy to contact, prescriptions always on time and no extra or hidden charges. I noticed bad reviews about prescriptions getting messed up, but isn’t that the case with any pharmacy you go to? And from my experience the doctors office is who doesn’t get things right most the time. I would recommend Pillpack to anyone. They have made my life easier and I’m greatly appreciated.

Superior customer service experience!
I have had nothing but superb service from Pillpak. Admittedly there can be some confusion during the transition until all the meds are in sync. I made a mistake counting my Dad's meds and discovered it three days before he was due to run out, and ten days before his Pillpak was due to arrive. I was in a panic! I emailed Pillpak and got a response immediately, and the rep (M, not supposed to mention names!) assured me enough pills to cover the interim would arrive on time. They arrived a day early, one day air for which I was not charged, and pending insurance approval. Now that is how you do it! It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks to (M) and Pillpak I never left the comfort of my home and a huge worry was alleviated. Give them a chance and stick through it until the meds are in sync. Save yourself countless calls to the Dr. and trips to the pharmacy (which isn't without headaches if it's own)!

Absolutely Fantastic!
I have absolutely no idea what could possibly be happening with the people complaining here because my experience over the past year hs been amazing. Customer service at PillPack is really incredible and I would be careful about putting too much faith in these negative reviews because I would imagine that for every negative review there are about a 1000 positive reviews. People are so quick to say something bad about people. Try this company for yourself and enjoy not having to pick up your prescriptions anymore. They have never been late and they have always been 100% accurate!

Every single person complaining about…
Every single person complaining about the price... You do know that it is your insurance provider that tells them what to charge right? PillPack does have some issues. But they do always do their best in correcting them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I gave PillPak 5 stars because I…
I gave PillPak 5 stars because I decided to read the reviews before giving PillPak a try. The 5 stars are for myself for reading the reviews before hand before I tried it.

I have had a completely different…
I have had a completely different experience with the service. I have multiple medications, many of which I do not take every day. I think people are just quick to criticize. When you first sign up, it will take time to get your medications lined up so that they can all be delivered properly. It is based on when the insurance company will next fill a subscription. I was tired of going to the pharmacy 5 or 6 times every month. I tried another local pharmacy who mailed out but I ended up spending over $50.00 on mailing fees in one month and they would send meds that needed to be injected without needles and the last shipment took 9 days to arrive from one hour away. I also tried the big pharmacies like W but they were always so busy that if I needed a med right away, that was a no go, plus they would allow meds to run out and never call the Doctor to get it renewed and then not let you know until it was to late. I would end up going without for a few days. I am on an opioid pain reliever so this was especially frustrating to go through withdraws while being in a great amount of pain. Unfortunately, I have to keep my local pharmacy because Pill Pack will not fill the schedule 2 drugs. Pill Pack has been very proactive about answering my email messages within hours, calling my Dr directly so that I do not have to, emailing me multiple times to let me know when, where, and how my medication will be delivered and even after it was sent, let me know there was a delay due to the post office. They texted me as well as emailing me, letting me know when action was necessary by me and getting my insurance to somehow line up my meds within one month time so that they all start at the same time. Something I tried to get my local pharmacy to do for the past year. I am very satisfied with the service, the product and the convenience. It has helped me to be more consistent with my medications where before I often took only my morning meds and would forget the other three times a day I was supposed to be taking them. It might take some time to get everything correct but the mistakes that they made were based on information that I originally gave incorrectly.

I love Amazon Pillpack
The little packages have printed day/time of when I have to take the medicines so I don't have to deal with the 7 day pill organizer anymore.

Great job
I seem to have had a very different experience with PillPack than most of these reviewers. I switched to Pillpack a few months ago for several reasons. One, the closest local pharmacy to my home is an hour round-trip. Two, I take multiple meds several times a day, and I always get confused on whether I took them or not. Three, I was tired of having so many pill bottles cluttering my cabinet. I have found Pillpack to be the answer to all these issues. I love the convenience of having my meds delivered and marked clearly in packets with the time. I've had a couple of problems with prescriptions since starting the service. One of my medicines didn't have any refills. Pillpack emailed AND texted me when they were unable to reach my doctor to authorize it, and they did so far enough in advance that it was handled in time for the medicine to ship out. Then I had a medicine that needed prior authorization, same thing. They made sure to reach me. Any time I have had a question, I either chat the customer service team or email them and I always get a prompt response. I read one review complaining they were sent a bottle instead of having the med added to the packets. That could be for several reasons. If you have a med that's "as needed", even if you take it the same time every day, it'll be in a bottle. If you have dosing instructions that say "take 1-2 tablets" or anything like that, it'll be in a bottle. If they get your prescription after they've already prepared your packets for the month, it'll be in a bottle only once. I think too many of these people misunderstood or just want to bad mouth. Also, my copays are the exact same as they were at Walgreens.
