I have been with pillpack for quite some time. The past 9 months I have had nothing but trouble with my meds. I have five meds that are all supposed to be 90 days and in bottles. I have had two meds the past 6 months that have been 30 days and at one time in packets. This go round I have three meds in bottles one for only 30 days and two meds in packets for only 30 days. When are they going to start getting my stuff right? Am I going to have to change to another Pharmacy to get my meds correct? Please start getting it right!

We had a terrible time getting all of Moms meds straight with PillPack (PP). It took a good 3-4 months for them to get it right. Then changes in RX caused problems. But worst … the worst worst …. PP refused to contract with the NYS program for seniors (EPIC) that helps with RX when u go in donut hole. We contacted PP monthly for about a year to try & get that. But all we got was bull ticky. Repeated excuses & lies: Epic has to contract with us. No no & No! The pharmacy has to contract with EPIC. I would NOT recommend PillPack. Use CVS or another pharmacy. Customer service at PP is a nightmare.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They shipped me a medication that arrived late in the evening, in the rain, and the UPS driver left it by my garage instead of on my porch and I did not discover it until the next day. The medication was ruined. Called PillPack and they said they would replace it immediately, at no cost to me (that's what they SHOULD DO) ...they sent it but not only did it take 5 days to get to me, THEY BILLED ME AGAIN. After I complained the basically told me to F$#$ off. The said it was. not their fault and they would not do anything about it (even after they promised on the phone they would not charge me) - THEY DON"T CARE THAT I AM CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT. Since they were acquired by Amazon, I thought they would bring Amazon efficiency to prescriptions which as anyone who has stood in a line at the pharmacy can attest need improvement. Unfortunately, they are not good and if i was Amazon i would be embarrassed about that side of the business. Like others mentioned, they do nothing about pricing and they wont even give one an option to have them call doctors for refills the way most pharmacies allow. And recently they called to tell me that two of my three prescriptions were unavailable. they said they would call my pharmacy of choice but they never did. twice. I had to call my doctor and get things done the old way. So much potential wasted. I wouldnt be surprised if Amazon divests piullpack.

I have a prescription that indicated (via the PillPack website) it was to arrive on Monday 12/26/2022. It did not arrive. My credit card was charged for the shipment. When I called today 12/27/2022 I asked for the tracking number assuming it was delayed due to the weather. I was told it was backordered and I should call around to local pharmacies to see if I could find the prescription. Amazon - PillPack Pharmacy billed me, indicated that the shipment was about to arrive but the truth is they never shipped the product, they knew they didn't ship the product and they failed to notify me. This is a needed prescription. Amazon - PillPack Pharmacy failed as a health care partner.

Inconsistent service, pricing, communication. Always an issue with price, quantity and schedule. This specific brand Rx seems to be only available through Amazon and their Arizona distributing pharmacy. Odd. In the past Vons, Wallgreens, Albertsons, GoodRx, etc all had inventory and better prices. Suddenly none have it or can order.

Here is the problem, before Amazon bought out Pillpack they were AWESOME! Then along comes the big guys and I have been lucky to have two shipments in a row be accurate. Here is where I struggle. I have recommended this conpany for years and now I am terrified for the oldet generation I recommend use this service. I felt it worked great for baby boomers who took multiple medication per day as it helped family members when they came to make certain their loved ones were taking their medication as prescribed. However! Now I can't get a shipment correct. There is constantly medication being omitted, but still charged to my insurance company. I spend hours on the phine trying to get it sorted out between credits owed for medication charged and balancing that with my FSA card and insurance. PLEASE whoever sold this company buy it back amd do it right!!!

At first I liked PillPack. I liked the in the mail delivery and the individual packs. Then after about 6 months I came up short on one month, 10 days worth!! I went through several phone calls explaining the whats and hows it could of happened. I thought they were excepting responsibility. They sent the pills I was missing then after about a week they charged me for them without any explanation. They said they found themselves to be not at fault. After several more phone calls they refused to accept they were at fault and wasn't going to refund me. I decided to go with my insurance company for mail order. Come to find out when my insurance had changed PillPack had even overcharged me from what my insurance was going to charge me through them!! So, I'm glad I got out from under them and WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!!!!
