My pillow has almost no fluff. Disappointed. My Amazon pillows came in better shape.

Hi Heather! Sorry to hear you did not love your feather pillow. Place them in the dryer on low heat for 1 hour to give them a good fluff. The feathers are probably compressed. If you need help returning email us at [email protected]. Best regards, Pillows.com Team

Customer service representative with a telephone call prior to ordering online was very helpful in describing the specific pillow needed for my 90 year old Dad's special and unique need.

Just opened the pillow up and they clearly cut off one tag, and on the other side VERY haphazardly sewed the brand tags (in the wrong colors) on it.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the confusion and concern with the tags on your pillow. IHG recently updated the branding on their hotel pillows, and new stock now features black and white tags instead of the older orange ones. What you’re seeing is part of that brand transition. Rest assured that you received a brand-new, authentic IHG pillow, and not a used or altered item. We’ve also sent a detailed email following up on this issue—please refer to that message for additional information and support regarding your order. If you have any other questions or concerns, we're here to help! Warmly, Pillows.com Team

The medium option was not available, so I opted for the soft version. I don’t believe I even received the correct pillow. Caused lots of neck pain and I sent it back.

Hi Jessica, I’m sorry to hear that the PureCare Bamboo Memory Foam Pillow in Soft wasn’t a good fit for you. I checked our records and didn’t see any emails indicating that you received the wrong pillow—if there had been a shipping error, we would of course be happy to make it right right away. It looks like your return is already set up and ready to go. If you need help with anything else or have questions about finding a pillow that’s just right for you, our bedding experts are always here to help! Warm regards, PIllows.com Team

No problems.

I worked for the company that originally created the fossfill pillow. I love them and would always recommend the best pillow ever made. Thank you Lars Foss!

The pillow came right away. It is very comfortable. I was wanting a pillow like I had in the hotel in Rochester, MN when I was having treatment at Mayo. It was just like my great pillow there. Thank you!

To me they have a horrible return policy making customer pay for returns on $180 worth of pillows which are made in China i wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They say you have to check mark a box which still makes you pay a close to $3 fee for returns in US i never saw any such box and did not uncheck it but I still had to pay for returns shipping. I also bought one so called Jumbo pillow and it was no bigger than Queen Size .

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the return process. We understand return shipping fees can be frustrating, but as a small, Veteran-Owned business—not a large company like Amazon—we aren’t able to cover those costs and still keep our prices fair. The Jumbo pillow size is 20" x 26", which is actually slightly smaller than a Queen size. We include detailed sizing information in the product descriptions to help with selection, but I’m sorry to hear there was any confusion. There is a box during the return process that allows customers to opt out of the return label fee, though it’s easy to miss, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We truly value your support and hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. Warmly, Dana Customer Experience Team Pillows.com
