Very lovely pillow, but it does not fit with my particular body dynamics.
I loved the Pillo1. It is well made and a bit luxurious with the very soft cloth covering it and the very nice bounce and give and take to the left and right side sleeping. That said, It is a regret that it is not working for me. I found if I placed it on the floor..... a solid surface, it seemed to work as it should and was very nice. But on my bed, (that is a 2 year old organic latex, rubber mattress with a pillow top), it does not work for me. The neck part (used the firm side) is too soft and now not the firmness I need, and It now feels a bit lumpy. (I did use the small insert that goes where the back of head meets the pillow when lying on my back). The left and right side panels are too high now and I am not having a comfortable or relaxing feeling and I am tensing a bit. I am going to follow up with Pillo1. I know they will try to trouble shoot with me to see if we can find any ways to improve this (I already placed one call in to them), but I am very glad they have a return policy which is important as there are so many different body types and this pillow will probably work for some, but not all.

Hi Lynn, I hope that you have called customer service and all is well. Your explanation sounds to me as if your bed might be a bit soft and your shoulders sink into the mattress which would naturally make the pillow seem a bit too high. Perhaps you may need to go down in PILLO1 size? The all organic latex seen in some mattresses seems to break down at a faster rate so the bed softness issue is possible depending on the age.
