I bought the original memory foam pillows for years. Then they quit making it for a few years. I received an email saying that they decided to make them again so I placed a replacement order for a new original memory foam pillow. Unfortunately, the new memory foam material is way softer than my old pillows, and there was little support. Sadly I had to return them as they no longer work for me. Not sure I want to chance trying the latex version, but at least I was able to get my refund.

The buying experience was good with Pillo. The price is a little steep. I got the softer version of the side sleeper and it’s definitely too soft - doesn’t offer much support. I wish I had purchased the firm option.

I’ve been sleeping on Pillo1 for side sleepers and had to stop. I purchased the original Pillo1 first and found the center cutout was uncomfortable somI contacted the xo,pans to exchange for side sleeper Pillo1. This pillow is too high and created neck and back scapula pain. The side sleeper pillow is not very wide and if you are a sleeper that turns over throughout the night you can easily slip off the pillow.

The product is great so far; I left 3 stars due to the lack of communication with the order status. At the time of ordering (2/13) there was a note "back-ordered" referenced, but no ETA. I finally reached out 3/1 for status, then received a "your order has shipped" notice, but no other communication. It felt as if the order was forgotten about on their end.

I have bought 4 PILLO1's in my life. I have loved them normally. This time, however, my pillow showed up with no sticker telling me which side was firm, or which side was soft. I can't really tell which is which, and it was frustrating that these things are not stitched into the pillow so that clients automatically know. I am disappointed this time. When spending $200 on a pillow, I hope to have a bit more clarity on how it works. I will say, though, that the Pillo is comfortable--and I am happy for the most part with the purchase. I am not sure I will buy another--but for now, I am sticking with the one I bought.

I like the pillow fine; I got the one for side sleepers. However, I think it is overpriced. There are others for $49 that are as comfortable. I am interested to see how long this last compared to those. Also, I was suppose to get a 25% discount which I did not get due to some error. Upon contacting the company they said they were unsure as to why, but would give me a pillowcase. While I appreciate the response, a pillow case is useless to me as I use my own bed sheets and matching pillowcases. A refund for that amount would have made much more sense.

The design of Pillow1 is good , cradling my head and keeping it in alignment with my body and my neck and shoulder pain has improved. However, I find the gel infused memory foam too firm for me. There is no “ give” or softness in the pillow and I am still waking several times night and with a headache. I’m going to try exchanging it for the latex pillow.
