Waste of money.
Awful pillow, did not help at all. And to your reply it is understandable and expected that the pillow does not work for everybody. However I called multiple times to return the pillow, and was told to give it some extra time and if I exceeded the 30 days, it would be notated that I tried to call and establish a return, not effecting the return limitations. After the 30 days I called in and was told that there was nothing to be done for a refund and there were not any notations under my account. It was a terrible process.

We have the 30 day money back guarantee in place for cases such as yours.
