This is the pillow I've dreamt of for years. It supports my neck and gives it the curve my neck lacks. Love the latex also. It's bouncy and supportive. It is nothing like memory foam. Worth the money so far - 3 weeks.

Thank you so much for your brilliant review! :)

This is my second pillo 1. Unfortunately, the first one got damaged. I loved that pillow, so when it had to be disposed of, I was not happy. I tried making do with other pillows, but I could never get comfortable. It felt like Christmas morning, when my new pillow arrived! The excitement was short lived. This one does a terrible job of supporting me neck, on the low side. I often have neck kinks, and headaches! Sign me, disappointed! L. Glover

Hi LInda, Not sure why your new PILLO1 is different than your first. Same design and materials. Did you perhaps change sizes? If your pillow was damaged during transport or something, we would be very happy to exchange for a new. Please call our customer service at 805-371-8883 if you have any questions.

I bought both the side sleeper pillow and the Pillo1 'back sleeper' pillow and use both depending on the night. They're both so good that I have to fight my cat for head room. She and I both very much like the springy, supportive foam. The only reason I give this one 4 stars is because the sides aren't quite as firm as the side sleeper pillow so sleeping on my side isn't quite as comfortable on it. For the record, I'd give the side sleeper pillow 4 stars as well because I can't put my arm under it as I sometimes like to. Bottom line - these pillows are far superior to the many I've tried before. Even Roo, the cat agrees. (I gave her my old cushiony pillow with the square hollow in the middle but she prefers to sleep day and night on my new Pillo1.)

My neck issue is C 5.6.7 and I found the ipilow to help! Now I don't have to build up my contour pillow in addition to sleeping with a travel pillow! I wish I could have afforded the side sleeper but my budget only allowed for the original. I do not use the center section. The side sections are shape just right.

I love this pillow. My only wish is that that medium pillow were smaller in width of the back sleeping portion. It still leaves room for a person to turn their head in the space and thereby sleep in poor posture vs the optimal one ideally created by the pillow.
Response from PILLO1May 4, 2017
Hi Joann, Thank you for your review. In the design, after about 35 prototypes and many, many reviews and much feedback, I decided to leave a little room for the average head so that a person didn't feel confined and to create little to no pressure on one's ears. The small amount of "play" provided will still (only) allow approximately 10 to 15 degrees of rotation so I feel that that small amount will still keep the head and neck in the relatively proper position and the cylindrical support should still be given to properly support the C curve of your neck. Wonderful observation that you had and I hope this explanation helps. If any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service! Thanks again. Dr Hall
