Website is fine easy to use.... My issue is with the side sleeper pillow itself, I just can't seem to get used to it. I find myself waking up more times in the night searching for a different pillow because it is just too hard.

Hi, There are some minor variations in foam firmness but by and large, most find the firmness perfect for the side sleeping position. If still within the 30 money back guarantee window, I would suggest either returning the PILLO1 Side Sleeper for a refund or let us exchange it for a softer version. Hi Terry, Sorry that you feel the sides could be larger. The only problem with wider or longer sides is that it then wouldn't fit in standardized pillow cases or that two originals wouldn't fit across a queen bed. After about 34 prototypes, Dr Hall tried just about everything but we'll definitively keep your comment in mind for future production. Thanks again.

Nice and comfy!
Nice and comfy!! I have arthritis in my neck and stiffness. I started to use this pillow a week ago and I'm very happy with the purchase. I sleep without any neck pain when I awaken in the morning.

I found the wings on sides to be a little high for side sleeping but otherwise this is a comfortable pillow that has made sleeping a better experience.

I have a lot of neck problems
I have a lot of neck problems, I do sleep better with my new pillow for some sleepers but wish it were softer. After about four hours, I wake up because it begins to hurt my ear.

Thank you for reviewing PILLO1. Please see how your new pillow breaks in over time. They usually soften just a bit after a month or two which might make it more pleasing to your ear while in side posture position. You can also put an extra fitted case over the original and this also is a good fix to make it slightly softer to ones ears. Glad you're sleeping better!!

I LOVE the side sleeper
I LOVE the side sleeper. I'm not sure that the back sleeper is for me...I'm not finding it too comfortable and realize how much of a side sleeper I am. I will give it a few more days.
