Have been using my pillow for about two weeks now. So far I like the pillow, especially when sleeping on my sides. However, trying to use the neck pillow on my back. Can't decide on whether I need the insert or not.

Bought for recovery after Cervical fusion surgery. Great pillow to keep head from turning side to side but Pillow alone in supine position is just ok. Side sleeping pillow is good but places a lot of pressure on shoulder.

My chiropractor recommended the side sleeper pillow. I tried it for a few day for about 2 hours on and off. It's everything promised better sleep, less shoulder pain and cool temperature. I highly recommend it.

I was skeptical about this pillow at first because I have bought so many pillows trying to find the "right one". But I think I did finally find it. My neck has been so much better in the few weeks that I have been using it. I would recommend it to anyone who is even contemplating purchasing it. Supports my head and neck when I sleep on my side and supports my neck and prevents my head from lolling around when I sleep on my back.
