I have bought 4 PILLO1's in my life
I have bought 4 PILLO1's in my life. I have loved them normally. This time, however, my pillow showed up with no sticker telling me which side was firm, or which side was soft. I can't really tell which is which, and it was frustrating that these things are not stitched into the pillow so that clients automatically know. I am disappointed this time. When spending $200 on a pillow, I hope to have a bit more clarity on how it works. I will say, though, that the Pillo is comfortable--and I am happy for the most part with the purchase. I am not sure I will buy another--but for now, I am sticking with the one I bought.

Hi Andy, Thank you for buying 4 PIL-LO1's!!! Please call our customer service if any questions arise on the stickers. 805-371-8883. We can instruct you on how to easily tell the difference in firmness on the Latex design. If you ordered the gel infused memory foam design, there is no difference between the two cervical supports (the mirror images) so no firm or soft stickers are applicable.
