Hello Maria, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Allow us to do further investigation. Please know that the photos are being checked within the facility's mailroom if it is within their guidelines before handed it over to the inmate so it could be possible they mixed them up to some other photos. On our end, we ensure that after printing out the pictures for each customer, it will go straight to the envelope and sealed. You may call us if you have any concerns on 1800.323.9895. In order for the inmate to get notified, you can include the best rate number to you letter, let him know he has to dial that number from the facility and the calls will be routed to your regular phone number.
