I haven’t officially used the services yet. I have a phone number for him, and just sent a letter. I would like if once the letter has been received we get a confirmation email, just like letting us know the letter had been sent. That would be nice.

There needs to be more explanation in the first page about the $25 minimum fee you are required to have on your Gtl account or whatever jail services that you use on top of the $24.99 you pay for Pigeonly account just to get a certain % off your per minute charge. The website doesn't explain this well enough and so make sure you call customer service before signing up. Thank you

Well when I first got my line and could take calls it didn't work for almost a month. Then they fixed it and things had been good. Then 2 days ago my inmate has tried calling and all he gets is a busy time. I have been paying every month. I think I should be able to talk to him. I pay about 50.00 dollars a month. I'm not sure exactly what to make of your service. The phone seems to work okay, but I've sent several letters that never got delivered and never rebounded back to me, they disappeared.

The phone usage is great. The mail is not. 2 weeks before it was sent out is ridiculous inmate will be gone before it even arrives.

it sucks that if you don't have 25 bucks then you can't get a phone line and you can't message with them so all you can do is send them postcards greeting cards or pictures that they won't get for at least a week
