They take a little too long after printed to ship out and get to the inmates. Other than that it is a good service

I've continued to send letters cards to a person incarcerated yet they have not received anything & this was days ago also a misrepresentation about the use of phone services however the service isn't to bad please fix these problems thanks

So far my experience has been a good one. I was a lil worried in the beginning not being able to find the inmate i was looking for. But you guys found them so i was very thankful for that thank you guys.
