Hi Stephanie, We'd like to look into this, our service is subscription based and include all of our services for a single price. If you have an active account you will be charged once a month unless if you cancelled then no more further charges will happen. please reach us at 800-323-9895 or email [email protected] so we can look into this.

I think this is using my funds i set up direct with the facility. Im thinking no funds are being subtracted from Pigeonly.

Don't use them after a month or so they start taking monthly payments out your account without you knowing it
